在生产铸钢丸的过程中，需要对加工成型的铸钢丸进行回火处理，通常情况下，是通过输送带进行点对点的输送的，这种输送系统自动化程度较低，且布局不够合理。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种物料分配系统，用于提高物料输送的自动化程度。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：一种物料分配系统，其特征是，包括第一输送带和第二输送带，所述第一输送带的一端位于第二输送带正上方的中部，所述第二输送带两端的正下方分别设有一个分料漏斗，所述分料漏斗通过两只支管连接到对应的两个回火炉。
本实用新型的有益效果是：通过本物料分配系统的使用，有效提高了生产过程中的自动化程度，一个进料口就可以完成对四台回火炉的喂料，形成了一对四的喂料方式，且可以根据预定程序自动运行。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种物料分配系统，包括安装在机架上的第一输送带1和第二输送带2，第一和第二输送带都是由电机驱动的。第一输送带1的一端位于第二输送带正上方的中部，两输送带不在同一水平面上，第二输送带处于低位，这样就可以将第一输送带上的物料输送带第二输送带上。第二输送带2两端的正下方分别设有一个分料漏斗3，分料漏斗3将通过通过两只支管连接到对应的回火炉4，通过电机的正反转带动第二输送带的正反转，这样就可以对四台回火炉进行添加物料了。在使用的过程中，只需要控制输送带的运动方向就可以实现控制添料的目的，架构简单易行，提高了自动化程度。
