    本实用新型涉及机加工设备，具体的说是一种油压铆接装置。
背景技术
在产品实际生产过程中，产品零件间的组装结合常常会使用到铆接装置将零件间使用铆钉铆接在一起，通俗的讲铆接就是指两个厚度不大的板，通过在其部位上打洞，然后将铆钉放进去，用铆钉枪将铆钉铆死，而将两个板或物体连接在一起的方法现有的铆接装置通常为冲床，在实际工业应用中，在组装线上放一台冲床会占用一个很大的空间，同时其冲压力较大、加工速度慢，使用维护较为复杂。
综上所述为了更能简单而有方便的铆接产品，又不用占用很大的空间，研发一种使用便捷、加工效率高的柳接装置成为了本行业中亟待解决的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术所存在的不足，提供一种体积小、使用及所作所为便捷，加工效率高的油压铆接装置。
本实用新型为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种油压铆接装置，由控制器、油压缸、上模板、下模板、机架、撑板、撑杆组成，四个撑杆垂直安装在机架上表面，下模板安装在机架上表面；四个撑杆与撑板配合安装；所述撑板上设有轴孔，油压缸安装在撑板上，其主轴通过轴孔与上模板配合连接；控制器安装在油压缸上。
本实用新型的工作原理是，通过油压缸通过主轴带动上模板作往返下线运动，从而实现产品铆接。
本实用新型结构简单、设计合理，体积小，使用及维护便捷，可有效替代现有的冲压完成铆接加工。

四个撑杆5垂直安装在机架7上表面，下模板8安装在机架7上表面；四个撑杆5与撑板6配合安装；所述撑板6上设有轴孔，油压缸2安装在撑板6上，其主轴3通过轴孔与上模板4配合连接；控制器1安装在油压缸2上。
