Abstract

本实用新型的轧机用增强型活挡圈FCDP多列圆柱滚子轴承,包括外圈、内圈,在外圈和内圈之间安装长滚动体和短滚动体,并且按照一长两短的方式交错排列,每一组一长两短的滚动体组合上设置一个双端盖钢制组合保持架。外圈上设置活动外挡圈和活动中挡圈,取消现有技术的轴承采用的固定外挡边和中挡边,使得整个轴承的安装和拆卸均很方便,省时省力,而且轴承加工也方便,提高了加工效率。本实用新型取消了中挡边,增加了外圈和内圈之间轴承滚动体的活动空间,加长了其长度,并且便于轴承的加工。采用双端盖钢制组合保持架,增加了保持架强度,不仅提高了材料的利用率,增加了轴承等分,而且使得本实用新型轴承提高了动载荷,延长了使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承,特别是一种采用活挡圈的多列圆柱滚子轴承。
背景技术
轴承在轧机中使用非常广泛,轧机轴承多采用四列圆柱滚子轴承,这样的圆柱滚子轴承的外圈有一个固定外挡边,如图1所示,在轴承外圈上处于相邻两列滚动体之间设置有固定的中挡边,滚动体上设置整体式车制保持架,且保持架采用铸造铅黄铜制造,耗费材料多,加工效率低,劳动强度大,产品的成本高。轴承外圈的外挡边和中挡边均是固定不可拆卸的,安装和拆卸均不方便,耗时耗力,加工也不方便,而且这样的固定挡边不可避免的会有油沟、油槽,油沟、油槽极易造成淬火应力集中以及产生磨削裂纹,由此降低轴承使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种加工方便、耗费材料低、节约成本的轧机用增强型活挡圈FCDP多列圆柱滚子轴承。
为了达到上述目的,本发明一种轧机用增强型活挡圈FCDP多列圆柱滚子轴承,包括外圈、内圈,外圈和内圈之间安装滚动体,所述滚动体上安装保持架。其中,本发明轴承的滚动体由长滚动体和短滚动体组成,且滚动体由轴承中间向两边按照一长两短的方式交错排列;所述滚动体每一长两短的组合设置一个双端盖钢制组合保持架;该双端盖保持架由支柱以及支柱两端的端盖组成。
此外,本发明的轴承外圈两端面设置有外挡圈,外圈中部设置有中挡圈。外挡圈和中挡圈为活动可拆卸的。
优选方式下,轧机用轴承的滚动体采用两组一长两段的滚动体组合,其中,长滚动体设置在中挡圈两侧,沿着所述长滚动体向着外圈端面,顺着长滚动体轴向设置有两个短滚动体。
本发明的圆柱滚子轴承滚动体可根据需要设置多组一长两短的组合。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明本发明的具体实施例。
如图2所示,本发明的一种轧机用增强型活挡圈FCDP多列圆柱滚子轴承,包括外圈01、内圈02,外圈01和内圈02之间安装滚动体,所述滚动体上安装保持架。其中,本发明轴承的滚动体由长滚动体04和短滚动体24组成,且滚动体由轴承中间向两边按照一长两短的方式交错排列;所述滚动体每一长两短的组合设置一个双端盖钢制组合保持架;该双端盖保持架由支柱09以及支柱两端的端盖16相互铆合组成。
此外,本发明的轴承外圈两端面设置有外挡圈11,外圈中部设置有中挡圈61。外挡圈11和中挡圈61为活动可拆卸的。
优选方式下,轧机用轴承的滚动体采用两组一长两段的滚动体组合,其中,长滚动体设置在中挡圈两侧,沿着所述长滚动体向着外圈端面,顺着长滚动体轴向设置有两个短滚动体。
本发明的圆柱滚子轴承滚动体可根据需要设置多组一长两短的组合。

总体来说,本发明取消外圈的中挡边,加长了滚动体的长度。取消外圈固定挡边为筒形,形状简单有利于锻件的加工,外圈无挡边,磨工可采用往复磨削,从而提高轴承的粗糙度。在保证保持架强度的前提下增加等分,采用新型钢制双端盖组合保持架。外圈全部采用活挡圈,避免了固定挡边所不可避免的油沟、油槽所造成的淬火应力集中以及挡边易于产生磨削裂纹等问题。生产中产品易于拆卸和安装,使用中便于检查。本发明的有益效果是:该轴承保持架组件与套圈间皆可分体,故装配简单,体力劳动大大减轻。由于采用了钢制双端盖组合保持架,节约了有色金属,提高了保持架强度。可降低成本25%~30%。由于滚动体加长,等分增加,轴承动载荷提高15~20%,经两年来在用户试用,寿命提高到1.5~2倍。

所述滚动体由长滚动体(04)和短滚动体(24)组成,且滚动体由轴承中间向两边按照一长两短的方式交错排列;所述滚动体每一长两短设置一个保持架;
所述滚动体上安装的保持架为双端盖钢制组合保持架;所述双端盖保持架由支柱(09)以及支柱两端的端盖(16)组成;
所述外圈(01)两端面设置有外挡圈(11);所述外圈(01)中部设置有中挡圈(61)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轧机用增强型活挡圈FCDP多列圆柱滚子轴承,其特征在于,所述外挡圈(11)以活动拆卸方式设置;所述中挡圈(61)以活动拆卸方式设置。
