背景技术
目前,热连轧生产线精轧机轨道提升油缸的构造是如图1所示,在油缸口与活塞杆连接处是只安装有二个密封环和一个支撑环,但精轧机轨道提升油缸在完成更换工作辊作业的过程中,往往会产生较频繁的径向冲击,造成油缸口处密封环的损坏,导致油缸泄油,影响换辊作业及生产效率。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种对精轧机轨道提升油缸构造进行改进,可有效的克服现有技术存在的缺点。
本实用新型是这样实现的,它包括油缸体、油缸盖、活塞、活塞杆、密封环和支撑环,其特征是在油缸盖与活塞杆相配合连接处,相间隔地安装有两个密封环和两个支撑环。
本实用新型的优点是增强了油缸塞与活塞杆配合处的抗径向冲击能力,避免了油缸泄油事故的发生,提高了换辊工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,为改进后的精轧机轨道提升油缸。
以太钢热轧厂为例,该厂有精轧机7台,每年进行维修4次,每次需停产6小时,每小时停工损失4万元,一年停工损失为6X4X4=96万元,每次每台维修费用为0.5万元,一年费用为0.5X7X4=14万元,一年共耗费用为96+14=110万元,改进后,已使用了两年,还没有进行过维修。
