Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型立式辊磨机，包括转轴、液压缸、摇臂、轴承座、磨辊以及立柱；其中液压缸外置于磨辊侧边，通过摇臂与磨辊相连，液压缸上顶摇臂使磨辊沿转轴作杠杆转动，并通过摇臂传递力矩对磨辊加压；转轴穿过摇臂的中间，转轴的两端套有轴承座，轴承座固定在立柱上表面。转轴的中心线与磨辊轴向中心线平行。本发明采用新型加压方式与立柱形式，节省了磨机本体钢材用量，降低了磨机高度，减小了磨机占地空间，同时也方便了磨机安装与检修。采用上述新型立磨具有受力合理、运行可靠、拆卸方便等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种工程机械设备领域，尤其涉及一种立式辊磨机。
背景技术
当前国内立式辊磨机，很多都是或类似莱歇磨加压形式的立磨，磨辊由放置在立柱里面的液压缸拉紧装置加压，存在占地大、重量大，液压缸安装检修不便的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种新型的立式辊磨机，采用新型加压方式与立柱形式，节省了磨机本体钢材用量，降低了磨机高度，减小了磨机占地空间，同时也方便了磨机安装与检修。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：一种新型立式辊磨机，包括：转轴、液压缸、摇臂、轴承座、磨辊以及立柱；其中所述液压缸外置于磨辊侧边，通过摇臂与磨辊相连，液压缸上顶摇臂使磨辊沿转轴作杠杆转动，并通过摇臂传递力矩对磨辊加压；所述转轴穿过摇臂的中间，转轴的两端套有轴承座，轴承座固定在所述立柱上表面。
所述转轴的中心线与所述磨辊轴向中心线平行。
液压缸外置在磨辊侧面，通过液压缸上顶摇臂使磨辊沿转轴作杠杆转动，并通过摇臂传递力矩对磨辊加压；立柱上表面固定转轴的轴承座，轴承座与转轴的中心线与磨辊轴向中心线平行。液压缸外置可以方便其安装检修，立柱布置在磨辊侧面，有效地解决了占地大的问题。采用这种磨辊加压形式的立磨，可以使壳体辊门的密封形式简单化且密封更有效，也降低立柱的高度，同时减轻了磨机的总体重量，节省了制造成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，对本发明作进一步详细说明。
一种新型立式辊磨机，包括转轴1、液压缸2、摇臂3、轴承座4、磨辊5以及立柱6；其中液压缸2外置于磨辊5侧边，通过摇臂3与磨辊5相连，液压缸2上顶摇臂3使磨辊5沿转轴1作杠杆转动，并通过摇臂3传递力矩对磨辊5加压；转轴1穿过摇臂3的中间，转轴1的两端套有轴承座4，轴承座4固定在立柱6上表面。转轴1的中心线与磨辊5轴向中心线平行。
采用新型加压方式与立柱形式，节省了磨机本体钢材用量，降低了磨机高度，减小了磨机占地空间，同时也方便了磨机安装与检修。 采用上述新型立磨具有受力合理、运行可靠、拆卸方便等优点。

1.一种新型立式辊磨机，其特征在于包括：转轴、液压缸、摇臂、轴承座、磨辊以及立柱；其中所述液压缸外置于磨辊侧边，通过摇臂与磨辊相连，液压缸上顶摇臂使磨辊沿转轴作杠杆转动，并通过摇臂传递力矩对磨辊加压；所述转轴穿过摇臂的中间，转轴的两端套有轴承座，轴承座固定在所述立柱上表面；
所述转轴的中心线与所述磨辊轴向中心线平行。
