背景技术
在现代施工中，结构粗装修经常会用到隔墙板，因为其操作方便，施工进度快，其施工完成后表面平整度高，成型效果好，可以省去抹灰工序，直接在其上面刮腻子，且便于废渣回收利用等特点受到越来越广泛的使用。但在其施工过程中，需要将隔墙板运输到安装位置，而一般隔墙板单块尺寸较大，导致单块重量较重，在楼层中转运较困难，如果完全靠人力转运其效率低，且成本高，安全性差。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种隔墙板楼层转运车，楼层中隔墙板转运困难，单纯靠人力转运效率低，且成本高，安全性较差，工人易疲劳的问题。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种隔墙板楼层转运车，其特征在于：包括轮胎、轮轴、型钢底座、型钢侧挡和隔墙板固定装置；所述轮轴两端连接轮胎，所述轮轴上固定型钢底座，型钢底座一侧垂直固定型钢侧挡，隔墙板固定装置活动连接在型钢侧挡前端。
所述轮胎通过螺栓与所述轮轴连接。
所述轮轴通过焊接固定在所述型钢底座下部，所述侧面型钢侧挡与所述型钢底座焊接。
所述隔墙板固定装置为成U形，其一端插接在型钢侧挡的前端立柱中。
所述型钢底座由槽钢或者角钢焊接成的日字形框架。
所述型钢侧挡为圆形或矩形钢管焊接成的日字形框架。

具体实施方式
如图1-4所示，本实用新型包括轮胎1、轮轴2、型钢底座3、型钢侧挡4、隔墙板固定装置5，本实用新型主要采用型钢制作，所述轮胎1为市场购买的成品，位于转运车的最下方；所述轮轴2亦为市场购买的成品，其直径跟轮胎大小配套，与所述轮胎1通过螺栓连接；所述型钢底座3采用槽钢或者角钢制作，位于所述轮轴2上，型钢底座3底部与所述轮轴2焊接，焊接位置采用与型钢底座主材同宽度的钢板补强加固；所述型钢侧挡4主要为矩形钢管或圆钢管焊接而成，垂直位于型钢底座一侧，与轮胎径向方向平行，和底座通过焊接连接；将隔墙板转运车移动至隔墙板6边沿，用钢管插入空心隔墙板6的洞内，将隔墙板6抬起一半，将隔墙板转运车从没有型钢侧挡4的一侧滑入隔墙板6下部，放下隔墙板6，使隔墙板6位于转运车上。
隔墙板固定装置5为加工成U形的钢筋，其U形开口大小以及钢筋大小根据一次转运的隔墙板6数量调整，带隔墙板装载完毕后，将隔墙板固定装置5的一端直接插入型钢扶手的立柱中心空洞内，使隔墙板6位于U形凹槽内，防止隔墙板6在运输过程中侧倒。将车子扶平，两人推车即可实行隔墙板转运。

1.一种隔墙板楼层转运车，其特征在于：包括轮胎(1)、轮轴(2)、型钢底座(3)、型钢侧挡(4)和隔墙板固定装置(5)；所述轮轴(2)两端连接轮胎(1)，所述轮轴(2)上固定型钢底座(3)，型钢底座(3)一侧垂直固定型钢侧挡(4)，隔墙板固定装置(5)活动连接在型钢侧挡(4)前端。
2.如权利要求1所述的隔墙板楼层转运车，其特征在于：所述轮胎(1)通过螺栓与所述轮轴(2)连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的隔墙板楼层转运车，其特征在于：所述轮轴(2)通过焊接固定在所述型钢底座(3)下部，所述侧面型钢侧挡(4)与所述型钢底座(3)焊接。
4.如权利要求1所述的隔墙板楼层转运车，其特征在于：所述隔墙板固定装置(5)为成U形，其一端插接在型钢侧挡(4)的前端立柱中。
5.如权利要求1所述的隔墙板楼层转运车，其特征在于：所述型钢底座(3)由槽钢或者角钢焊接成的日字形框架。
6.如权利要求1所述的隔墙板楼层转运车，其特征在于：所述型钢侧挡(4)为圆形或矩形钢管焊接成的日字形框架。
