Abstract

油石补偿进给机构是轴承滚子及圆柱形外表面的超精加工装置,它克服了现有的油石进给机构的缺陷,它是由下托板、导轨、支架、联结块、气缸、上托板、气缸支架、销轴、气缸、导向座、挡块、压紧块、油石连接而成,下托板固定在导轨的滑块上,支架固定在下托板上,第一气缸由联结块与支架连接;上托板分别与联结块、导轨相连接,气缸支架固定在上托板的上端,第二气缸通过销轴与气缸支架相连接,导向座固定在上托板的下端;油石位于导向座的槽里面,挡块位于导向座的槽里面,挡块的前端与油石接触,压紧块由螺钉固定导向座上。

油石补偿进给机构
一、技术领域:本实用新型涉及轴承滚子及圆柱形外表面的超精加工装置,尤其是油石补偿进给机构。 
二、背景技术:目前,油石进给机构对被超精工件的进给有一个汽缸来实现,由一个压力来完成,即油石的快进与超精时的压力相同;油石的装卡方式让油石有很长的距离在安装面外。由于快进时力量过大,造成油石在接触到工件时会有撞碎的情况发生。这样不但影响油石的使用寿命,油石碎片更影响超精的效果。 
三、发明内容:本实用新型的目的是提供一种工作效率较高的油石补偿进给机构,它为了克服现有的油石进给机构的缺陷,本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,本实用新型是由下托板、导轨、支架、联结块、气缸、上托板、气缸支架、销轴、气缸、导向座、挡块、压紧块、油石连接而成,下托板固定在导轨的滑块上,支架固定在下托板上,第一气缸由联结块与支架连接。 
上托板分别与联结块、导轨相连接,气缸支架固定在上托板的上端,第二气缸通过销轴与气缸支架相连接,导向座固定在上托板的下端。 
油石位于导向座的槽里面,挡块位于导向座的槽里面,挡块的前端与油石接触,压紧块由螺钉固定导向座上。 
本实用新型工作时,动作1:第一气缸的活塞杆在压缩空气的推动下,沿Z轴(向下)方向移动到限定位置,和其相连装配在一起的上托板板、气缸支架、销轴、第二气缸、导向座、挡块、压紧块、油石也随之移动到位。即让油石接触到工件。 
动作2:在油石接触到工件后,第二气缸的活塞杆在压缩空气的推动下,沿Z轴(向下)方向移动,第二气缸的活塞杆的前端压到挡块上,挡块推动油石紧压在工件上,适当调节螺钉使压紧块能使油石在合适的推力上向下移动。当油石磨损之后,第二气缸的活塞杆在压缩空气的推动下,进行补偿,直至油石消耗值设定的长度。 
动作3:当油石消耗值设定长度时,第一气缸的活塞杆在压缩空气的推动下,沿Z轴(向上)方向移动到原始位置,松开固定压紧块的螺钉,更换油石。完成一个循环。 
本实用新型的意义是:在油石进给方向上设置两层进给机构。可以方便的实现油石的快进/快退,当快进到位之后,油石已经接触到工件,然后由进给机构对工件保持一定的压力,当油石消耗后进行自动补偿。

五、具体实施方式:实施例1、本实用新型是由下托板1、导轨2、支架3、联结块4、气缸5、上托板6、气缸支架7、销轴8、气缸9、导向座10、挡块11、压紧块12、油石13连接而成,下托板1固定在导轨2的滑块上,支架3固定在下托板1上,第一气缸5由联结块4与支架3连接。 
实施例2、上托板6分别与联结块4、导轨2相连接,气缸支架7固定在上托板6的上端,第二气缸9通过销轴8与气缸支架7相连接,导向座10固定在上托板6的下端。 
实施例3、油石13位于导向座10的槽里面,挡块11位于导向座10的槽里面,挡块11的前端与油石13接触,压紧块12由螺钉固定导向座10上。

1.油石补偿进给机构,它是由下托板(1)、导轨(2)、支架(3)、联结块(4)、气缸(5)、上托板(6)、气缸支架(7)、销轴(8)、气缸(9)、导向座(10)、挡块(11)、压紧块(12)、油石(13)连接而成,其特征是:下托板(1)固定在导轨(2)的滑块上,支架(3)固定在下托板(1)上,第一气缸(5)由联结块(4)与支架(3)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油石补偿进给机构,其特征是:上托板(6)分别与联结块(4)、导轨(2)相连接,气缸支架(7)固定在上托板(6)的上端,第二气缸(9)通过销轴(8)与气缸支架(7)相连接,导向座(10)固定在上托板(6)的下端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的油石补偿进给机构,其特征是:油石(13)位于导向座(10)的槽里面,挡块(11)位于导向座(10)的槽里面,挡块(11)的前端与油石(13)接触,压紧块(12)由螺钉固定导向座(10)上。
