背景技术
消失模铸造工艺是目前国际最先进的铸造工艺，该铸造工艺是以可发性聚苯乙烯为原料制成与成品一样的泡沫模型，图挂消失模专用涂料，干燥后置以特质的砂箱中，填入干砂，经三维震动、紧实，然后负压真空状态下浇注。床头箱泡沫模型浇注前，由于长度较长，易发生变性，影响浇注效果，浇注后需对床头箱进行修复，劳动强度较大。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决现有床头箱泡沫模型易变形影响浇注效果且修复时劳动强度较大的问题，提供了一种防变形床头箱泡沫模型。
本实用新型是采用如下技术方案实现的：防变形床头箱泡沫模型，包括模型本体，模型本体的宽边为向内弯曲的弧状结构，且模型本体宽边上端中部之间固定有拉条。通过该结构设计后的床头箱泡沫模型，浇铸后能保证床头箱宽边的平直，不需进行修复，克服了现有床头箱泡沫模型易变形影响浇注效果且修复时劳动强度较大的问题。
本实用新型结构设计合理可靠，利用反变形的原理控制床头箱浇铸的效果，省去了修复的工序，劳动强度大幅降低，具有结构简单、安装方便且成本低的优点。

具体实施方式
防变形床头箱泡沫模型，包括模型本体1，模型本体1的宽边为向内弯曲的弧状结构，且模型本体1宽边上端中部之间固定有拉条2。具体实施过程中，拉条2采用木条，且与模型本体1通过热冷胶粘接固定；模型本体1宽边的弧状大小根据床头箱尺寸的不同而定；模型本体1具体为CDE6140A床头箱泡沫模具，长度为610mm，模型本体1宽边的中部均向内弯曲至两两边中部距离为604mm。

1.一种防变形床头箱泡沫模型，包括模型本体（1），其特征在于：模型本体（1）的宽边为向内弯曲的弧状结构，且模型本体（1）宽边上端中部之间固定有拉条（2）。
