背景技术：
在传统汽车副车架衬套设计中，采用的是外套（整体）与加强板与内套硫化在一起，其中外套为整体结构。由于橡胶冷却时所产生的应力无法自然消除，会直接影响产品寿命的长短。
实用新型内容：
    本实用新型提供了一种副车架衬套，解决了原有设计中产品硫化时应力无法自然消除，直接影响产品寿命的长短、成本制作高的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案： 
一种汽车副车架衬套，包括有内套、套于内套外的外套以及位于内、外套之间的加强板，其特征在于：所述外套包括有相互配合的左半外套和右半外套，所述加强板包括有左、右两块；所述内套、加强板和外套之间依次通过橡胶体硫化为一体。
本实用新型在原有结构基础之上，更改外套结构使其分成左、右两半，如此，硫化体自然冷却收缩时，能消除应力，提高产品耐久性能，无需缩径，缩短产品加工工序，降低了制造成本。 
本实用新型的优点： 
本实用新型结构简单，改变了原有衬套的总成结构，使得硫化体提高了衬套的耐久寿命，降低了制作成本。
