本实用新型涉及改进结构的车身线束地线短接护套压盖。
背景技术
东风商用车D310车型左右身线束，为降低地线内联接线带来的质量隐患和维修不便，所有地线采用单线压接并从各功能接口集中引至3个24线短接护套，然后用带压盖的短接片插入短接护套从外部实现地线短接。短接插头结构由塑料插槽、金属短接片、塑料压盖组成，如图1所示，将短接片插入插槽内并用压盖锁紧使其插片在压入短接护套内时不退缩，使每个插片与护套各线可靠接触，实现短接。现有的压盖与金属短接片接触面只在宽度方向间隔设计了几个加强筋，每个加强筋之间形成凹槽不能与金属短接片完全接触，特别是两端各一个较大插片压入时受力较大，在前端受力时后端正对压盖凹槽，易产生弯曲变形，短接片内缩变短，造成接触不良。
发明内容
为了避免金属短接片出现接触不良的现象，本实用新型提出车身线束地线短接护套压盖。
本实用新型的技术方案为：车身线束地线短接护套压盖，包括压盖，压盖内在宽度方向间隔设有几个加强筋，其特征在于：在压盖的长度方向设有加强筋。
有益效果：改进后的压盖增加了长度方向的加强筋，使金属短接片底部与压盖不留空隙完全接触，防止降低短接插片变形，使其与短接插座接触可靠。
