现有技术中，电源插头包括有壳体和插头端子，壳体与插头端子通过卡接等方式固定。加工时，壳体和接头端子分别加工成型后，再将接头端子安装至壳体上，而这种可拆卸式的插头，其缺陷在于：1）插头端子与壳体连接不牢固，当使用一段时间后，插头端子与壳体之间容易发生松动，进而给使用造成安全隐患；2）加工过程中，需要手工将插头端子和壳体进行安装固定，由于手工操作存在不可控的因素较多，其生产效率低，产品质量难以保证，导致生产成本较高，已无法满足企业化批量生产的需要。
因此，针对上述现有技术中的不足，亟需提供一种结构简单、质量好、生产效率高、节约成本的一体式二脚插头。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于避免现有技术中的不足之处，提供一种结构简单、质量好、生产效率高、节约成本的一体式二脚插头。

提供一种一体式二脚插头，包括有壳体和插头端子，所述插头端子与所述壳体一体成型，所述插头端子包括插头部和尾部，所述尾部开设有开口槽，所述开口槽与电线压接；所述插头端子设置为2个。
其中，所述开口槽的横截面为U形。
其中，所述开口槽的开口位置处的水平面垂直于所述插头部延伸的平面。
其中，所述插头端子的尾部的外侧面设置有缺口。
其中，所述壳体包括有第一侧面和第二侧面，所述第二侧面开设有凹槽，所述凹槽的宽度为3.2～3.8mm。
其中，所述第二侧面与所述尾部的末端之间的距离为7.0～7.3mm。
其中，所述插头部的前端面呈弧形。

本实用新型的一体式二脚插头的实施例如图1至图4所示，包括有壳体1和插头端子2，插头端子2与壳体1一体成型，插头端子2包括有插头部21和尾部22，尾部22开设有与导线适配的开口槽3，导线通过压接的方式与开口槽3固定连接；插头端子设置为2个。由于插头端子2与壳体1通过模具可以一次冲压成型，而无需手工操作，大大提高了生产效率高，产品质量稳定，满足批量生产的需要，有效节约了生产成本，而且这种一体成型的结构，使得插头端子2与壳体1连接更加牢固，不会出现松动的现象，使用方便、安全。
具体的，开口槽3的横截面为U形，根据导线的规格不同，开口槽的形状可以设置为其他与导线适配的形状。
更具体的，开口槽3的开口位置处的水平面垂直于插头部21延伸的平面。根据产品的需要，冲压成型时，开口槽的朝向可以变化不同的方向。
优选的，插头端子2的尾部22的外侧面设置有缺口4。
壳体1包括有第一侧面11和第二侧面12，其中，第二侧面12开设有凹槽121，凹槽121的宽度为3.2～3.8mm。
优选的，第二侧面12与尾部22的末端之间的距离为7.0～7.3mm。
进一步的，插头部21的前端面呈弧形。

4.  根据权利要求3所述的一体式二脚插头，其特征在于：所述插头端子的尾部的外侧面设置有缺口。
5.  根据权利要求1所述的一体式二脚插头，其特征在于：所述壳体包括有第一侧面和第二侧面，所述第二侧面开设有凹槽，所述凹槽的宽度为3.2～3.8mm。
