Abstract

一种间断式粘连电源排线,为了解决现今电工人员在使用电源排线时,通常损坏排线中相邻的电线绝缘外皮,导致电线绝缘受损,影响绝缘效果的问题,本发明提出一种间断式粘连的电源排线,其特征是电源排线中各股电线之间不是连续粘连的,而是间断式粘接的,其粘连和不粘连的长度是预先设定的,电工人员在使用排线时,可以根据预先需要的长度进行裁剪,而裁剪处各股电线是处于分开状态,无需再进行撕开操作,这样既提高生产效率,同时也避免了发生破坏绝缘外皮的问题。

本实用新型涉及一种电源排线,尤其涉及一种间断式粘连电源排线。 
背景技术
在当今电子设备及仪器的机壳里面,需要用很多电源线对不同电子零件进行连接,由于需连接的电源线数量往往很多,为了使电源线能够整齐布置,通常采用电源排线,电源排线是由若干根单股电线并排粘连在一起之后构成的多股电源线,采用电源排线之后,电子设备仪器中的电源线能够整齐布置,不再凌乱不堪,提高了生产效率,也为今后的维修带来很大的方便。 
当今社会上公开的电源排线,排线中各股电线之间的粘连通常采用两种方法,一种方法是在电线的挤出生产中,采用多孔式挤出机头,若干根电线是在一个挤出机头中一次性挤出成型而且是并排粘连在一起的,线与线之间的粘连是采用与绝缘外皮同样的材料,这种方法比较适合大规格而且股数不多(通常为2股或3股)的电源排线;另一种方法是电源线的每一股电线是单独挤出生产,通过设置并拢装置并在并拢装置处设置喷胶系统,对若干根单股电线进行并拢、涂胶、粘接处理,从而使原本是独立的若干根单股线并拢在一起构成一个排线,这种方法特别适合小规格而且股数多的排线。在当今的技术中,前两者方法生产出的电源排线,排线中线与线之间是连续粘连在一起。问题是,在使用是电源排线时,电工人员将排线剪裁下来之后,由于各股之间是连续粘连在一起的,因此必须在端头处先把互相粘连的各股电线在粘连处将其撕开,然后剥去各自的绝缘外皮,最后才能进行接线连接,而在撕开粘连的各股时,通常出现不仅是把粘连处的绝缘皮撕开,而是将隔邻的电线绝缘外皮一起撕开并露出其中导体,导致电线绝缘受损,影响绝缘效果。 
发明内容
为了解决现今电工人员在使用电源排线时,通常损坏排线中相邻的电线绝缘外皮,导致电线绝缘受损,影响绝缘效果的问题,本发明提出一种间断式粘连的电源排线,其特征是电源排线中各股电线之间不是连续粘连的,而是间断式粘接的,其粘连和不粘连的长度是预先设定的,电工人员在使用排线时,可以根据预先需要的长度进行裁剪,而裁剪处各股电线是处于分开状态,无需再进行撕开操作,这样既提高生产效率,同时也避免了发生破坏绝缘外皮的问题。 
本发明解决问题采用以下技术方案:本实用新型提出一种间断式粘连电源排线,包括若干股互相粘连在一起电线,其特征是,相互粘连在一起的各股电线是呈间断式粘连的。 
本发明的有益效果是:电工人员在使用电源排线时,根据所需长度裁剪排线,而裁剪处各股电线是处于分开状态,无需再进行撕开操作,这样既提高生产效率,同时也不会发生破坏绝缘外皮的问题。

图1为本实用新型一个实施例的结构示意图;图中显示,该实施例是由单股电线1.1、单股电线1.2和单股电线1.3通过粘结剂2呈一字平铺的结构间断式粘接在一起;图2为该实施例在I-I处的剖视图,图中显示,在I-I处,单股电线1.1、单股电线1.2和单股电线1.3之间是通过粘结剂2相互粘连并拢在一起;在图3为该实施例在K-K处的剖视图,图中显示,在K-K处,单股电线1.1、单股电线1.2和单股电线1.3之间是分开的。本实用新型提示,本实施例中电源排线是三股的,可以是两股或四股,也可以是更多股。

1.一种间断式粘连电源排线,包括若干股互相粘连在一起电线,其特征是,相互粘连在一起的各股电线是呈间断式粘连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的间断式粘连电源排线,其特征是,所述粘连的各股之间是呈一字平铺的结构间断式粘接在一起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的间断式粘连电源排线,其特征是,所述粘连的各股之间是呈围拢的结构间断式粘接在一起。
