目前,水轮机转轮叶片与上冠下环一般采用焊接的方式连接,由于转轮叶片出水边很薄,通常小型机组的叶片只有几毫米厚,在机组运行的过程中,由于不断的受水流的冲击,在转轮叶片出水边与上冠、下环接触处很容易产生裂纹。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种改动小、效果好,能够大大防止转轮叶片出水边与上冠、下环接触处产生裂纹的水轮发电机转轮叶片。
本实用新型的技术方案是:水轮发电机转轮叶片与上冠、下环固定焊接,叶片出水边在与上冠、下环接触处加工出一个大圆角,这样与上冠下环的接触面积增大,可以降低叶片出水边产生裂纹的危险。
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是:改动小、效果好,能够大大防止转轮叶片出水边与上冠、下环接触处产生裂纹。

如图1,本实用新型剖面结构示意图所示,一种水轮发电机转轮叶片,其特征在于:转轮叶片2与上冠1、下环3固定焊接,叶片出水边4在与上冠1、下环3接触处5加工出一个大圆角。
所述叶片出水边4与上冠1、下环3接触处5在未焊接之前为三角形。
本实例的工作过程:在叶片出水边4与上冠1、下环3接触处5分别增加一个三角块,此三角块与转轮叶片2一同铸出,这样与上冠1、下环3的接触面积增大,可以降低叶片出水边4产生裂纹的危险。
