本实用新型涉及一种轴流式水轮机部件,尤其是涉及一种轴流式水轮机叶片。
背景技术
轴流式水轮机广泛用于较低水头、较大流量的水电站。由于轴流式转轮叶片为悬臂受力,叶片根部若无过渡圆弧或者过渡量小易产生应力集中;同时在水压力作用下,叶片的高应力区还出现于叶片进、出水边侧与法兰轴交接处。实践表明,如果轴流式水轮机叶片的基本应力较高,叶片容易产生疲劳破坏,从而产生裂纹影响机组的安全运行。
目前国内多数厂家提高轴流式水轮机叶片强度所采用的方法主要是加大叶片根部的过渡圆的半径,或者在叶片进出水边和法兰轴的交接面处开应力缓冲槽。大幅的加大叶片根部的过渡圆可以很好的降低叶片根部的应力值,但同时会影响水轮机的过流能力,从而影响水轮机出力。在叶片进、出水边和法兰轴的交接面处开应力缓冲槽,可以缓解应力集中。但是,过大、过深的缓冲槽不能有效降低应力集中,反而导致应力集中加剧、漏水损失和局部气蚀增大,影响水轮机效率和使用寿命。

针对现有技术存在的缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种具有高强度的轴流式水轮机叶片。
