技术领域
本实用新型涉及到一种座环与蜗壳之间设置随型焊接结构。
背景技术
常规座环与蜗壳之间的连接形式主要是不带蝶型边的箱式结构,蜗壳直接焊接在座环环板上,焊接点离固定导叶中心较近。但是大部分蜗壳因运输条件限制,需要在电站现场完成焊接,座环上、下环板相距水轮机中心线的高度不大,在电站现场进行蜗壳搭焊时,焊接位置较低并靠近机组设备,同时受座环与顶盖把合面等空间结构影响,现场焊接施工困难,焊缝难以探伤检查,焊接质量无法得到保证,焊缝消缺及光滑处理都较困难,容易出现应力集中,为机组安全、稳定、高效的运行留下了隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提出一种水轮机座环与蜗壳随型焊接结构,解决现有座环与蜗壳之间焊接不便,焊缝质量无法保证、施工周期延长、蜗壳容易出现应力集中等问题,并能提高机组水力性能。
具体的技术为,一种水轮机座环与蜗壳随型焊接结构,其特征在于:座环与蜗壳的焊接点向外进行了延伸,形成一个随型搭焊边,蜗壳焊接在随型搭焊边上。
所述蜗壳搭焊边随着蜗壳每节的角度变化进行配置。
本新型将蜗壳搭焊边随着蜗壳每节的角度变化进行配置,使座环与蜗壳的焊接点向外进行了延伸,增大了焊接空间,焊接更为方便,同时对焊接缝消缺及探伤检查处理更为方便,节约施工时间,保证施工质量。随型焊接使搭焊边与蜗壳相接处角度很接近,减小了此处蜗壳的应力集中,水流更均匀顺畅,提高了机组的水力性能。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,随型搭焊边3和座环4在工厂内根据每节蜗壳角度的变化进行配置,完成焊接并进行探伤检测,确保焊缝质量。在电站现场搭焊时,随型搭焊边3的存在将搭接点向外进行了延伸,焊接空间较大,焊接施工及焊缝探伤更为方便、快捷,焊接质量容易得到保证。
此种结构解决现有座环与蜗壳之间焊接不便,焊缝质量无法保证、施工周期延长、蜗壳容易出现应力集中等问题,并能提高机组水力性能。
