Abstract

一种汽车轮毂内腔防护装置，用于车桥轮毂内腔的润滑脂防护。轮毂中心轴管的两端分别装有内轴承及外轴承，防护装置装在轮毂止口上，防护装置为圆环形结构，防护装置内填满润滑脂。本实用新型结构简单，便于安装；不影响轴承的装配与润滑；节省油脂，有效降低综合成本；可避免空腔杂质进入润滑脂，提高油脂清洁度及润滑效果，减少事故发生率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及汽车制造技术领域，具体说是车桥轮毂内腔的防护装置。 
背景技术
车桥轮毂是汽车上的重要零部件，为了实现轻量化，轮毂空腔体积较大。目前，车桥轮毂大都采用在轮毂内腔填满润滑脂的方式润滑，但现有的满毂润滑方式存在以下缺陷：一是用脂量增加，造成浪费；二是影响轮毂散热；三是行车过程中，轮毂内腔的杂质进入油脂里，有时渗漏到轮毂轴承上，影响润滑效果，出现事故。 
发明内容
为克服现有轮毂润滑技术的不足，本实用新型的发明目的在于提供一种汽车轮毂内腔防护装置，将轮毂内腔隔开，避免杂质影响轴承润滑，并且减少油脂使用量，实现轻量化要求。 
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的轮毂中心轴管两端分别装有内轴承及外轴承，防护装置装在轮毂止口上，防护装置装在内轴承与外轴承之间，防护装置为圆环形结构，两端呈阶梯状。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有以下优点： 
1、结构简单，便于安装；
2、不影响轴承的装配与润滑； 
3、节省油脂，有效降低综合成本；
4、可避免内腔杂质进入润滑脂，提高油脂清洁度及润滑效果，减少事故发生率。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示，轮毂2中心轴管5的两端分别装有内轴承1及外轴承4，防护装置3装在轮毂2止口上，位于内轴承1与外轴承4之间。防护装置3为圆环形结构，两端呈阶梯状，靠近内轴承1端的外径较大，靠近外轴承4端的外径较小。 
实现过程为： 
1、根据轮毂2止口内径尺寸，制作合适的防护装置3；
2、用专用设备将防护装置3安装到轮毂2止口上，并且与两轴承保持一定距离，避免发生干涉现象；
 3、防护装置3的两端外径与轮毂2的止口之间分别采用过盈配合，往轮毂2上安装时，小端先定位，然后大端再安装到位。
4、防护装置3安装到位后，再装配两轴承外圈。 

Claims (2)

1.一种汽车轮毂内腔防护装置，轮毂（2）中心轴管（5）的两端分别装有内轴承（1）及外轴承（4），其特征在于：防护装置（3）装在轮毂（2）止口上，位于内轴承（1）与外轴承（4）之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车轮毂内腔防护装置，其特征在于：防护装置（3）为圆环形结构，两端呈阶梯状。
