 本实用新型涉及一种磨球生产装置,尤其是一种用加热后的圆钢连续生产钢磨球的旋切、滚锻机。
背景技术
用旋切、滚锻机生产钢磨球生产率高、效益好已是不争的事实。但是,现有技术的旋切、滚锻机还存在主旋切、滚锻辊和副旋切、滚锻辊容易疲劳损坏的现象,造成主旋切、滚锻辊和副旋切、滚锻辊使用寿命短,更换频繁,相对的影响了生产效率的进一步提高,同时生产成本相对较高。主旋切、滚锻辊和副旋切、滚锻辊在不断将圆钢旋切成段状并将圆钢段滚锻成钢磨球的过程中,主旋切、滚锻辊和副旋切、滚锻辊始终处在向外的挠曲变形和恢复的交替变化中,这就是造成主旋切、滚锻辊和副旋切、滚锻辊疲劳损坏的原因。只要能将主旋切、滚锻辊和副旋切、滚锻辊挠曲变形尽量变小,主旋切、滚锻辊和副旋切、滚锻辊疲劳应力相应减小,在不改变主旋切、滚锻辊和副旋切、滚锻辊的尺寸的情况下,能否将主旋切、滚锻辊和副旋切、滚锻辊挠曲变形尽量变小呢;因此,设计一种在不改变主旋切、滚锻辊和副旋切、滚锻辊的尺寸的情况下就能减小主旋切、滚锻辊和副旋切、滚锻辊的挠曲变形尽量的旋切、滚锻机,是目前需要解决的技术问题。

旋切、滚锻机,包括主旋切、滚锻辊和副旋切、滚锻辊,在主旋切、滚锻辊的外侧设有主随动辊,在副旋切、滚锻辊的外侧设有副随动辊,主随动辊的轴线与主旋切、滚锻辊的轴线平行,主随动辊与主旋切、滚锻辊滚动摩擦接触,副随动辊的轴线与副旋切、滚锻辊的轴线平行,副随动辊与副旋切、滚锻辊滚动摩擦接触,主随动辊的轴线与主旋切、滚锻辊的轴线所在平面与主旋切、滚锻辊所受挠曲变形力所在平面重合,副随动辊的轴线与副旋切、滚锻辊的轴线所在平面与副旋切、滚锻辊所受挠曲变形力所在平面重合,主随动辊的刚度大于主旋切、滚锻辊的刚度,副随动辊的刚度大于副旋切、滚锻辊的刚度。
优选地,所述的主随动辊的直径大于主旋切、滚锻辊的直径,副随动辊的直径大于副旋切、滚锻辊的直径。
