本实用新型涉及一种压纸轴，具体地说是一种带轴承台的压纸轴。
背景技术
目前使用的压纸轴两端与轴承连接的地方采用是的直径一致的光轴，在安装轴承时需要现在光轴上安装一轴承套然后在安装轴承，这样一方面安装复杂且增加了压纸轴整体的重量，另一方面由于需要三个件配合安装，因此精度不高，在压纸轴高速运转的时候容易出现跳动，影响生产质量，降低设备使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种带轴承台的压纸轴，解决压纸轴通过轴承套安装轴承造成压纸轴质量大精度不高的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种带轴承台的压纸轴，包括压纸轴本体，压纸轴本体两端设有固定轴承的轴端部，其特征是，所述的压纸轴本体的轴端部设有与轴承相配合的轴承台，在轴端部的端面上设有注油孔，在轴端部的侧面设有出油孔；所述的轴端部呈圆锥台状。
本实用新型的有益效果是：通过把压纸轴两端的光轴加工成带有轴承台的锥台状，可直接安装轴承，减少一个工件，从而降低整体质量提高精度，简化安装。

具体实施方式
如图1，图2所示，一种带轴承台的压纸轴，包括压纸轴本体1，压纸轴本体1两端设有固定轴承的轴端部2，其特征是，所述的压纸轴本体1的轴端部设有与轴承相配合的轴承台，在轴端部2的端面上设有注油孔3，在轴端部2的侧面设有出油孔4；所述的轴端部2呈圆锥台状，由于轴承内圈为斜面，安装时直接将轴承安装到轴端部2即可，这样可以节约一个工件，降低整体质量，同时由调整三个工件的配合精度改为调整两个工件的配合精度，在整体上提高了高速运转的精度，提高了轴承、压纸轴本体的使用寿命，简化了安装程序，且这样安装上后不易脱落，当需要卸下轴承时，可从轴端部2端面上的注油孔3注油，油液从轴端部2侧面的出油孔喷出，给轴承一个沿直径向外的力，从而将轴承卸下。

1.一种带轴承台的压纸轴，包括压纸轴本体，压纸轴本体两端设有固定轴承的轴端部，其特征是，所述的压纸轴本体的轴端部设有与轴承相配合的轴承台，在轴端部的端面上设有注油孔，在轴端部的侧面设有出油孔；所述的轴端部呈圆锥台状。
