Abstract

本实用新型涉及的数控冲床模具上模装置,属冲床冲模装置。数控冲床模具上模装置的导套与锁环之间设有一按压式锁紧机构,该机构设有钩销和弹簧;所述的钩销上设有锁钩,导套上设有一圆柱孔,该孔与钩销滑动配置,弹簧设置在圆柱孔内;所述锁环的下端面设有一条能使钩销滑动而不能转动的扁槽,扁槽内端面设有与钩销上的锁钩相匹配的沟槽。当需要调整冲头长度时,该机构将锁环与导套锁住,使整个机构处于调整状态,不需用一只手捏住上锁环。当冲头长度调整完毕时,按下钩销,钩锁机构解扣,锁环复位,调整操作简单方便。

本实用新型涉及冲床冲模装置,特别是数控冲床模具上模装置。
背景技术
中国专利ZL200520065714.7数控冲床模具上模装置,具有导套组合与打击头组合连接可靠,冲头长度调整精细,机构寿命长等优点。但在调整时需用一只手捏住锁环,使导套与锁环处于调整状态,操作人员只能单手操作,略感不便,故在一定程度上影响了产品的推广应用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种数控冲床模具上模装置,在保持中国专利ZL200520065714.7的各种调整功能的同时,增加调整状态保持机构,使得调整操作简单方便。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是, 数控冲床模具上模装置包括导套组合件,所述导套组合件设有一锁环,锁环活动的套置在导套上部的外侧,锁环上设有两条对称的环形槽,有两支止销分别一端固定在导套上其另一端插入锁环的环形槽内;导套上部的外圆柱面上设有两条对称的环形凹槽,在环形凹槽设有压簧,有两支拨销分别一端固定在锁环上其另一端插入导套上的两条环形凹槽的弹簧的一端。在导套与锁环之间设有一按压式锁紧机构,该机构设有钩销和弹簧;所述的钩销上设有锁钩,导套上设有一圆柱孔,该孔与钩销滑动配置,弹簧设置在圆柱孔内;所述锁环的下端面设有一条能使钩销滑动而不能转动的的扁槽,扁槽内端面设有与钩销上的锁钩相匹配的沟槽。           
以上所述的钩销的前部可以是扁圆状,其中下部设有齿状锁钩,其尾部为圆柱形。           
本实用新型的工作原理是:当需要调整冲头伸出长度时,顺时针旋转锁环,锁环扁槽沿着头部呈扁圆状的钩销滑动,当锁环扁槽端面的沟槽碰上钩销中下部的齿状锁钩时,齿状锁钩在其尾部弹簧的推动下落入沟槽内,使得锁环不能转动,机构处于调整状态。调整结束后,当按压钩销时,齿状锁钩脱离沟槽,滑进导套的孔内,锁环在两只复位弹簧的推动下逆时针旋转,直到被止销挡在工作位置,机构处于工作状态。                                         
本实用新型的优点是, 在保持中国专利ZL200520065714.7各种调整功能的同时,增加调整状态保持机构,使得调整操作简单方便。

具体实施方式
如图1至图7所示,本实用新型包括打击头组合件24、导套组合件25、冲芯11、退料板13。打击头组合件24由冲模头1、两个半片挡圈2、退料弹簧4、冲模导杆5、导向销6、外圆柱面上沿周向等分加工有12个封闭凹槽23的止环7、安装在冲模头1的内槽内的两个半片挡圈2的上表面上的O型密封圈19和装饰用的胶套3组成。其中退料弹簧4安装在止环7下端的内锥面与两个半片挡圈2之间的冲模导杆5上。冲模导杆5与止环7用导向销6连接,引导冲模导杆5上下移动。导套组合件25由导套9、拨销14、止销15、压簧16、锁环17、小钢球18组成。锁环17活动地套装在导套9的上部,其上加工有两条环形槽20。两个止销15的一端固定安装在导套9上,其另一端插入锁环17的环形槽20内,支住锁环17,使其与导套9不产生轴向窜动,只能沿两环形槽20作小角度的转动。在止环7底端与导套9上部的内凹槽之间安装有O型圈密封圈8。在锁环17与导套9之间的导套9上加工有两条对称的环形凹槽21,环形凹槽21内安装有压簧16。在锁环17上还安装有两个拨销14,拨销14的一端固定安装在锁环17上,其另一端插入导套9上环形凹槽21内的压簧16的一端。当顺时针方向转动锁环17时,锁环17相对导套9在其与环形凹槽21所限定的范围内转动一个角度。动力释放时,两压簧16推动锁环17上的两个拨销14,从而带动锁环17旋转复位。导套9上加工有4个内端带有锥孔的小圆孔,内置4个小钢球18。小钢球18落入打击头组合件24中的止环7外表面的封闭凹槽23中,止环7的外表面被锁环17锁住,从而使打击头组合件24被锁定。锁环17的内圆柱面上的与4个小钢球18相隔一定角度的对应部位,加工有4个圆弧型凹坑22。在沿顺时针转动锁环17时,锁环17被止销15止位,其上的4个圆弧型凹坑22恰好对准4个小钢球18,此时机构解锁。打击头组合件24可以旋转,也可以从导套组合件25中抽出。冲芯11上加工有导向销10。冲芯11上部的内螺纹与冲模导杆5下端的外螺纹连接。退料板13的内凹槽嵌装在导套9下部的凸位上,导套9的开口部位安装有定位钢珠12。在导套9与锁环17之间还设安装有一按压式锁紧机构,该机构安装有钩销26和复位弹簧27。钩销26的前部加工成扁圆状,其中下部加工成齿状锁钩,其尾部加工成圆柱形。导套9上加工有一圆柱孔,该孔与钩销26尾部滑动配合安装,复位弹簧27安装在上述圆柱孔内。锁环17的下端面加工有一条能容纳钩销26的扁圆状部位滑动而不能转动的的扁槽,扁槽内端面加工有与钩销26上的锁钩相匹配的沟槽28, 锁环17与导套9处于调整位置时,二者可以扣接,锁环17与导套9不能相互转动,使机构保持在调整状态。

Claims (2)

1.数控冲床模具上模装置,包括导套组合件,所述导套组合件设有一锁环,锁环活动的套置在导套上部的外侧,锁环上设有两条对称的环形槽,有两支止销分别一端固定在导套上其另一端插置在锁环的环形槽内;导套上部的外圆柱面上设有两条对称的环形凹槽,在环形凹槽内设有压簧,有两支拨销分别一端固定在锁环上其另一端插置在导套上的两条环形凹槽的弹簧的一端,其特征是导套与锁环之间还设有一按压式锁紧机构,该机构设有钩销和弹簧,所述的钩销上设有锁钩,导套上设有一圆柱孔,该孔与钩销滑动配置,弹簧设置在圆柱孔内;所述锁环的下端面设有一条能使钩销滑动而不能转动的的扁槽,扁槽内端面设有与钩销上的锁钩相匹配的沟槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的数控冲床模具上模装置,其特征是所述的钩销的前部为扁圆状,其中下部设有齿状锁钩,其尾部为圆柱形。
