Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种低残留空气总泵活塞总成，属于离合、制动总泵用低残留空气总泵活塞结构总成。它在活塞前端加一导向套，可以降低总泵内部气体残留，提升离合、制动系统效能。本实用新型相比原有的总泵活塞总成增加导向套，减少了总泵内壁与活塞的磨损，提高总泵的寿命。

本实用新型属于离合、制动总泵用低残留空气总泵活塞结构，具体地说是一种减少离合、制动油路系统内部气体残留空间的新结构。
背景技术
如图1所示，现有车辆上的离合、制动总泵在装车后总成内部有残留气体1，造成离合、制动系统有空气排不尽现象，影响离合系统的使用效能。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计出一种低残留空气总泵用活塞总成，降低离合、制动总泵内部残留气体，从而提高离合、制动系统效能。
本实用新型的技术方案是：低残留空气总泵活塞总成，在活塞前端加一导向套。
上述低残留空气总泵活塞总成，所述导向套前端加一环形凸台，其外圆面均匀分布六道通油槽。
本实用新型的优点是：1)相比原有的结构，本实用新型增加导向套，减少了活塞与缸壁磨损，从而提高总成的使用寿命。2)本实用新型形状与原有的活塞结构相比，离合总泵内部气体残留空间大大降低。3)本实用新型设计巧妙、结构更加合理。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图2所示，本实用新型在活塞3前端加一导向套2，用于减少活塞3与缸壁间磨损，提高总成使用寿命。导向套2装入活塞总成前端，局部填充了气体残留空间。如图3和图4所示，导向套2外圆均匀分布六道通油槽4，保证油路的通畅。

2.根据权利要求1所述的低残留空气总泵活塞总成，其特征在于，所述导向套上前端加一环形凸台，其外圆面均匀分布六道通油槽。
