背景技术
现在,普通的车用油冷器采用的都是开窗式翅片,即在翅片上滚压出百叶窗结构,其散热性能较好,但开窗处易于积聚灰尘等脏物而使翅片产生堵塞,导致冷凝器散热性能下降,空调制冷效果差或不制冷。尤其是在一些恶劣环境下工作的工程车辆或农用车辆上使用,此问题更为突出。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本实用新型提出一种改进的车用油冷器翅片,保证其在恶劣环境下的散热效果不受影响。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种车用油冷器翅片,所述翅片为连续的一整块,并为连续起伏波纹板形式。
本实用新型将原翅片的开窗(百叶窗)结构改为平缓起伏的波纹板形式,波纹与波纹间不会出现死角,可避免翅片被灰尘等脏物堵塞,适用于在恶劣环境下工作的工程车辆或农用车辆上使用。
