背景技术
现有的注塑机模具冷却系统,多是在模具体外设置水循环系统,冷却效果差,冷却时间较差,冷却不均,导致产品成型次品率高,也有在模具腔体内设水循环,但多是上下腔体分开分别设进水口和出水口,这样需要两套系统,占有空间大,冷水利用效率低。

本实用新型的目的是提供模具腔体水冷却循环,解决了注塑模具体的冷却问题,设计简单,结构合理,冷却均匀,冷却效果好。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
模具腔体水冷却循环,包括模具体,模具体有上模体和下模体,上模体上端面设有注塑机连接口,所述的上模体上均匀分布有多个水道连接管右侧开有出水管连接口,下模体上均匀分布多个水道连接管左侧开有进水管连接口,上、下模体同侧由水管连接相通。

本实用新型上、下模具体上均设有水道连接管,上、下模体同侧由水管连接相通,这样水可以从下模体到上模体,增加水体的流动性,加快模具体的冷却,冷却也更均匀。
