可挠式显示型交通卡
【技术领域】
本实用新型是有关于一种可挠式显示型卡,且特别是有关于一种可挠式显示型交通卡。 
【背景技术】
随着科技的进步,许多的交易及支付方式已渐由传统集成电路(Integrated Circuit,IC)卡所取代。集成电路卡例如为信用卡、金融卡及电话卡等,而目前所流通的集成电路卡依通信接口大致可分为接触式接口、非接触式接口及复合卡。 
接触式接口又可分为智能卡和存储卡。智能卡具有控制机制功能,内含微处理器,其可分为8位、16位或32位,并附加DES、RSA等加密处理,一般通称为智慧卡(SMART CARD)。存储卡的卡片内包含内存、简单逻辑电路,其中的内存为只读存储器(ROM)或非挥发可擦写内存(NON-VOLATILEMEMORY),其内存容量可分为4K、8K、16K…1M等字节(BYTES),一般通称为存储卡(MEMORY CARD)。 
非接触式接口可分为A型、B型及Felica型三种,其中A型和B型是接近型(Proximity)ISO 14443的标准,而Felica型是Sony公司的标准,其通信距离皆约0-10公分。复合卡结合了接触式和非接触式接口于一卡,通常又分为单芯片型和多芯片型两种。 
传统显示型智能卡包括显示器、天线、通信接口、微处理器、显示器驱动电路、升压电路、整流稳压电路、非挥发可读取内存、非接触式射频智慧卡集成电路及接触式智能卡积体电通信接口可为非接触式射频接口或接触 式通信接口。 
就非接触式通信接口而言,在非接触式射频智能卡集成电路的内部设计天线。天线将接收来自外部卡片阅读机的射频信号,耦合的信号经由通信接口进行射频解调,另一方面耦合的信号经由整流稳压电路产生直流电源供应内部所需电压。 
微处理器将接收到来自通信接口的信号后,可将数据储存于非挥发可擦写内存中,并可将数据经由显示器驱动电路转换成显示器的驱动信号,以供使用者查阅。而微处理器亦可经由通信接口将响应的信号送至天线给外部的卡片阅读机。升压电路将整流稳压电路产生直流电源转换成较高电压以供显示器驱动电路转换成显示器的驱动信号。 
然而,整个显示型智能卡的运作,从开始通信到显示画面结束至少需要1秒钟。但是,在时间匆促的交通通勤领域中,大概只有0.2至0.6秒的时间可以通过与外部卡片阅读机电磁感应而产生电量。在这么短的供电时间内,显示型智能卡无法完成系统运作与画面显示。 
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型有关于一种可挠式显示型交通卡,通过电容的设计,在有限的时间内快速充电,以供给可挠式显示型交通卡完成系统运作与画面显示的所需电量。 
根据本实用新型的一实施例,提出一种可挠式显示型交通卡。可挠式显示型交通卡包括一第一卡体、一第二卡体及一可挠性电子系统。可挠性电子系统设置于第一卡体与第二卡体之间。可挠性电子系统包括一可挠性显示器、一显示电路、一通信接口、一电源产生器及一电容。显示电路连接可挠性显示器。通信接口接收一无线信号。电源产生器连接显示电路及通信接口,并依据无线信号产生一电量。电容储存电源产生器的电量,以供电给显示电路,使可挠性显示器显示画面。其中,电容的电容值介于0.1至20毫法拉之间。 
比较好的是,该电源产生器经由该通信接口接收一射频信号,并根据该射频信号供应该可挠性电子系统所需的工作电量。 
比较好的是,更包括:一智能卡集成电路,该通信接口经该智能卡集成电路连接至该显示电路,该智能卡集成电路执行一安全性验证,该通信接口需于该安全性验证成功后,才能经由该智能卡集成电路与该显示电路沟通。 
比较好的是,该智能卡集成电路包括:一安全模块(Security Module),用以执行该安全性验证;以及一储存单元,于该安全性验证成功后,才能存取该储存单元的数据。

请参照图1,其绘示依照本实用新型一实施例的可挠式显示型交通卡的立体图。可挠式显示型交通卡100包括第一卡体110、第二卡体120及可挠性电子系统130,且可挠性电子系统130设置于第一卡体110及第二卡体120之间。 
可挠式显示型交通卡100例如为集成电路(Integrated Circuit,IC)卡。此外,可挠式显示型交通卡100亦结合其它功能,例如,可挠式显示型交通卡100可应用于储值卡、密码产生器卡、会员卡、贵宾卡、门禁卡、电 子钥匙、护照、身份证、标签、金融卡、信用卡、广告卡、娱乐卡、名片、卡型计算机、卡型计算器、卡型电子书、卡型游戏机或生理信号检测卡。上述储值卡例如为电子钱包、点数卡、交通用储值卡、电话卡或现金卡,而交通卡例如为交通用储值卡、交通用票面信息卡或票卡。上述卷标例如为价格卷标或防伪卷标。 
请参照图2,其绘示图1的可挠性电子系统的功能方块图。可挠性电子系统130例如是可挠性薄型电子系统,其可包括通信接口133、电源产生器134、电容135、可挠性显示器131、显示电路132及智能卡集成电路136。 
通信接口133经智能卡集成电路136连接至显示电路132,通信接口133用以接收无线信号WL。通信接口133包括天线,且通信接口133经智能卡集成电路136连接至显示电路132。智慧卡集成电路136例如为接触型、非接触型、接触型与非接触型共享型。此外,智慧卡集成电路136例如符合ISO7816标准、ISO/IEC14443标准、ISO15693标准、ISO/IEC18000标准、ISO18185标准、EMV标准、EMV Contactless标准、MIFARE标准或FELICA标准。 
电源产生器134连接显示电路132、通信接口133及智能卡集成电路136,电源产生器134经由通信接口133接收无线信号WL,并依据无线信号WL产生(例如是通过电磁感应方式产生)一电量(未绘示)。其中,无线信号WL例如是无线射频信号。 
电源产生器134可更包括一直流变压器(DC/DC converter)(未绘示)。该直流变压器用以将一直流电压转换为显示电路132所需的工作电压。 
电容135可储存电源产生器134所产生的电量。电容135的容量足够,故可利用可挠性交通卡100与外部卡片阅读机200通信的短暂时间内,储存足够的电量,以提供足够电量给显示电路132正常工作。一实施例中,电容135的电容值可介于约0.1至20毫法拉(mF)之间。如此一来,即使可挠式显示型交通卡100离开外部卡片阅读机200的电磁感应范围而使电源产生器134无法继续产生电量,通过电容135所储存的电量仍可确保可挠式显示型 交通卡100正常工作。当电容135的电容值可介于约0.1至20mF之间,较佳但非限定地介于约0.1至5mF之间时,在可挠性交通卡100与外部卡片阅读机200通信的短暂时间内,电容135可充满(充饱)电量,累积足够电压。 
此外,电容135可另外制作后,再整合于电源产生器134中。电容135的厚度可小于或实质上等于0.5公厘(mm),在此情况下,可挠式显示型交通卡100仍可维持在标准卡的厚度规格内。进一步地说,即使本实施例的电容135的电容值可大至20mF,然电容135的厚度也不致影响可挠式显示型交通卡100符合标准卡的厚度规格。 
进一步地说,可挠式显示型交通卡100与外部卡片阅读机200联机的过程中,电源产生器134产生的一些电量可提供显示电路132工作,同时电源产生器134所产生的另一些电量储存于电容135内。当可挠式显示型交通卡100离开外部卡片阅读机200的电磁感应范围而使电源产生器134无法继续产生电量时,则提供储存于电容135内的电量给显示电路132工作。 
可挠性显示器131具有可挠性,其可随第一卡体110及第二卡体120弯曲而不影响其正常功能。 
可挠性显示器131例如具有双稳态特性或多稳态特性,使得可挠性显示器131在无电源供应下亦能永久或暂时维持显示内容。举例来说,可挠性显示器131例如为电泳式显示器、胆固醇液晶显示器、液晶显示器、双稳态显示器或多稳态显示器。此外,可挠性显示器131还可以例如是可挠式有机发光二极管(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,OLED)显示器、可挠式发光二极管(Light-Emitting Diode,LED)显示器或可挠式液晶显示器。不仅如此,可挠性显示器131还可以例如是段码(Segment)型式、点矩阵(Dot Matrix)型式或图案(Pattern)型式。 
此外,可挠性显示器131的背板例如为柔性印刷电路板(Flexible Printed Circuit,FPC)。柔性印刷电路板的材质例如FR4、FR5、聚酰亚胺(PI)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(Polyethylene terephthalate,PET)、聚 氯乙烯(PVC)或聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)。此外,可挠性显示器131的背板还可例如为有机薄膜晶体管(Organic thin film transistors,OTFT)。不仅如此,可挠性显示器131的背板还可例如由印刷式、银胶、碳墨印刷式或电路蚀刻制成。 
显示电路132电性连接可挠性显示器131。显示电路132与智能卡集成电路136共享全部或部分集成电路,或设计于单颗集成电路上。 
显示电路132连接可挠性显示器131,且显示电路132包括显示驱动器1321及显示器控制器1322。显示驱动器1321连接可挠性显示器131,并用以驱动可挠性显示器131。显示器控制器1322连接显示驱动器1321及智能卡集成电路136,并用以控制显示驱动器1321。显示器控制器1322所需求的电量可由电容135所储存的电量提供,使可挠性显示器131显示正常画面。 
智能卡集成电路136执行安全性验证,通信接口133需于安全性验证成功后,才能经由智能卡集成电路136与显示电路132沟通。智能卡集成电路136进一步包括安全模块1361(Security Module)及储存单元1362。安全模块1361用以执行安全性验证以防止黑客入侵,且储存单元1362数据于安全性验证成功后方能进行存取。 
第一卡体110的材质及第二卡体120的材质例如是聚氯乙烯(PVC)。第一卡体110及第二卡体120具有可挠性。 
第一卡体110与第二卡体120例如以黏着材料胶合,而第一卡体110及第二卡体120与可挠性电子系统130之间的空隙例如以黏着材料填补。上述黏着材料例如为热固型胶或是将数种胶混合固化。第一卡体110及第二卡体120可预先开窗或挖槽,且第一卡体110及第二卡体120例如是单层或是多层结构。此外,第一卡体110及第二卡体120可预合后再射出成型,或是将第一卡体110及第二卡体120直接压合。第一卡体110及第二卡体120例如分别位于上下两侧。位于有显示功能侧的卡体例如为全透光卡体或部份透光卡体的可透光卡体,以使可挠性电子系统130的可挠性显示器的光线穿透卡体。 
第一卡体110及第二卡体120的表面或内层可通过印刷或热转印形成图样。第一卡体110及第二卡体120的表面可涂布保护层以保护卡体本身或印刷图样。第一卡体110及第二卡体120之间较佳地但非限定地采用冷压合技术进行压合,而冷压合技术例如是使用热固胶或是电磁波固化胶,或是使用两种或两种以上胶混合固化。由于操作温度小于摄氏105度,因此可避免可挠性电子系统130的零件因过热而损毁。 
可挠式显示型交通卡100例如更包括一印刷层,该印刷层例如是位于第一卡体110与第二卡体120中至少一者的外侧或是位于第一卡体110与第二卡体120中至少一者的内侧。此外,第一卡体110或第二卡体120的外侧还可涂布保护层,该保护层的硬度例如是介于约2H到8H之间。 
本实用新型上述实施例所揭露的可挠式显示型交通卡,通过电容的设计,在有限的时间内快速充电,以供电给可挠式显示型交通卡完成系统运作与画面显示所需电量。

1.一种可挠式显示型交通卡,包括:
一第一卡体;
一第二卡体;以及
一可挠性电子系统,设置于该第一卡体及该第二卡体之间,该可挠性电子系统包括:
一可挠性显示器;
一显示电路,连接该可挠性显示器;
一通信接口,接收一无线信号;
一电源产生器,连接该显示电路及该通信接口,并依据该无线信号产生一电量;
一电容,储存该电源产生器所产生的该电量,以供电给该显示电路,使该可挠性显示器显示画面;
其中,该电容的电容值介于0.1至20毫法拉(mF)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可挠式显示型交通卡,其特征在于,该电源产生器经由该通信接口接收一射频信号,并根据该射频信号供应该可挠性电子系统所需的工作电量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可挠式显示型交通卡,其特征在于,更包括:
一智能卡集成电路,该通信接口经该智能卡集成电路连接至该显示电路,该智能卡集成电路执行一安全性验证,该通信接口需于该安全性验证成功后,才能经由该智能卡集成电路与该显示电路沟通。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可挠式显示型交通卡,其特征在于,该智能卡集成电路包括:
一安全模块(Security Module),用以执行该安全性验证;以及
一储存单元,于该安全性验证成功后,才能存取该储存单元的数据。
5.根据权利要求3所述的可挠式显示型交通卡,其特征在于,该显示电路包括:
一显示驱动器,连接该可挠性显示器,并用以驱动该可挠性显示器;以及
一显示器控制器,连接该显示驱动器及该智能卡集成电路,并用以控制该显示驱动器。
6.根据权利要求3所述的可挠式显示型交通卡,其特征在于,该显示电路与该智能卡集成电路共享全部或部分集成电路,或设计于单一颗集成电路上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的可挠式显示型交通卡,其特征在于,该第一卡体及该第二卡体通过一冷压合技术进行压合。
