Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种便携电子设备终端的滑板铰链,它包括固定板和滑动板,固定板的两侧设有滑动板滑动导向槽,所述滑动导向槽的一侧槽壁的中部为弹性结构,所述弹性结构与滑动导向槽的另一侧槽壁形成对滑动板的夹持。本实用新型能够利用具有弹性结构的滑动导向槽对滑动板的滑动导向和摩擦夹持,具有高度的结构集成性和隐蔽性,使得滑板铰链在不带驱动弹簧的情况下依然具有良好的手感,且滑动板在滑动过程中能够随时停止。此外,由于可以不带驱动弹簧,因此,能够使铰链的厚度减薄。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及便携式电子设备终端的滑板铰链,本实用新型所述的便携式电子设备终端包括手机、小灵通、电子辞典、笔记本电脑、电子书、掌上游戏机等可随身携带的电子产品。
背景技术
传统的滑板铰链都是带驱动弹簧的半自动式铰链。滑板铰链包括可相对滑动的固定板和滑动板,板间连接帮助它们相对滑动的驱动机构。驱动机构采用所述驱动弹簧作为驱动零件,当操作者打开或关闭滑动机体时,驱动弹簧被拉伸、压缩或扭转等变形而积蓄能量,当滑动机体被推动而越过临界点后,即弹簧由积蓄能量而转为释放能量后,滑动机体能在弹簧的驱动下继续滑动,从而使便携式移动电子设备被打开或关闭。
所述弹簧尽管起到了驱动作用,但其位置处在固定板和滑动板之间,占用相当的高度空间,使得便携电子设备终端的减薄设计受到很大制约。且这种电子设备终端在滑板打开过程中不能随意停止。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种便携电子设备终端的滑板铰链,能够降低铰链厚度、滑动板滑动随意停止且具有良好的滑动手感。为此,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:它包括固定板和滑动板,固定板的两侧设有滑动板滑动导向槽,所述滑动导向槽的一侧槽壁的中部为弹性结构,所述弹性结构与滑动导向槽的另一侧槽壁形成对滑动板的夹持。
在采用上述技术方案的基础上,本实用新型还可采用以下进一步的技术方案:
所述固定板上设有支撑所述弹性结构的弹簧或弹片。
所述固定板上设有支撑所述弹性结构的弹片,所述弹片从固定板上切割弯曲而成。所述固定板两侧被弯折成向固定板内侧开放的安装槽,所述滑动导向槽安装在安装槽内,所述弹片处在安装槽下部槽壁处,或者,所述弹片自安装槽下部槽壁经过安装槽槽底至安装槽上部槽壁。
所述弹性结构包括处于中部的凸出在滑动板滑动路径上并可上下移动的摩擦块以及自摩擦块向其两侧外延伸的弹性臂,摩擦块的两侧设有导坡。
所述弹性结构和滑动导向槽为一体式结构,所述滑动导向槽在对应弹性结构区段的槽底透空。
所述摩擦块的外侧设有第一左右限位结构,所述固定板上设有与第一左右限位结构配合的限位槽。
所述滑动导向槽的槽底外侧设有第二限位结构,所述固定板上设有与第二左右限位结构配合的限位槽。
所述滑动板相对于滑动行程极限位设有与摩擦块配合的凹槽。
由于采用本实用新型的上述技术方案,本实用新型能够利用具有弹性结构的滑动导向槽对滑动板的滑动导向和摩擦夹持,具有高度的结构集成性和隐蔽性,使得滑板铰链在不带驱动弹簧的情况下依然具有良好的手感,且滑动板在滑动过程中能够随时停止。此外,由于可以不带驱动弹簧,因此,能够使铰链的厚度减薄。

具体实施方式
实施例1,参照附图1-9。
本实用新型包括固定板1和滑动板2,固定板的两侧设有滑动板滑动导向槽3,所述滑动导向槽的一侧槽壁37的中部为弹性结构,所述弹性结构与滑动导向槽的另一侧槽壁38形成对滑动板2的夹持。
所述固定板1上设有支撑所述弹性结构的弹簧或弹片,本实施例中,为弹片10,弹片的弹力方向如图7、8所示,进一步地,所述弹片10为从固定板上切割弯曲而成。所述弹片也可以是冲压的一个额外的弹片,装配时焊接到固定板上,或对弹片镶嵌注塑后焊接到固定板上与滑动板产生摩擦力。
所述固定板两侧被弯折成向固定板内侧开放的安装槽13,所述滑动导向槽3安装在安装槽13内,所述弹片10处在安装槽下部槽壁处。所述滑动导向槽的一侧槽壁37为滑动导向槽的下侧槽壁。
所述弹性结构包括处于中部的凸出在滑动板滑动路径上并可上下移动的摩擦块31以及自摩擦块向其两侧外延伸的弹性臂32,摩擦块的两侧设有导坡33。所述弹性结构和滑动导向槽为一体式结构,比如一起注塑而成,弹性结构上可镶嵌注塑金属加强体,所述滑动导向槽在对应弹性结构区段的槽底34透空。弹性结构也可以是与滑动导向槽本体分开制造的零件,在装配时连接在滑动导向槽3上,弹性结构可采用与滑动导向槽本体不同的材料,比如,弹性结构本身就是一个弹簧片。
所述摩擦块的外侧设有第一左右限位结构35,所述固定板上设有与第一左右限位结构配合的限位槽11。所述滑动导向槽的槽底外侧设有第二限位结构36,所述固定板上设有与第二左右限位结构配合的限位槽12。上述两种限位结构可以并用或选用一种,其目的既为了防止滑动导向槽的松动,也为了保护弹性结构中的相对薄弱部位。
所述滑动板相对于滑动行程极限位设有与摩擦块配合的凹槽21。凹槽21和突出的摩擦块31的配合能使铰链具有带“喀嚓”声的锁固功能,当滑动板滑动到末端,通过它们的配合能产生“喀嚓”声音,并进行锁固。
在本实施例中,弹片10的翘起方向为竖直向上,作用摩擦块的底部,使其抬起,压缩滑动导向槽上下结构间的空间,从而将弹片10的弹力传递到滑动板上,形成对滑动板的正压力。当滑动板相对于滑动导向槽滑动时,滑动板与摩擦块之间形成一定的摩擦力,该摩擦力将与施加在滑动板上的外力行成平衡力系,实现随意停止以及取得良好手感的功能。
实施例2,参照附图10-13。
在本实施例中,所述弹片10自安装槽下部槽壁经过安装槽槽底至安装槽上部槽壁。弹片的作用力方向为竖直向下,相应的滑动导向槽达到结构和实施例1正好上下互换,这样的上下互换弹簧片从上面作用摩擦块的结构会更有利于铰链的减薄设计。
本实施例的其它结构和实施例1相同,在附图10-13中,附图标号与图1-9相同的代表相同的含义。

Claims (10)

1.一种便携电子设备终端的滑板铰链,包括固定板和滑动板,固定板的两侧设有滑动板滑动导向槽,其特征在于所述滑动导向槽的一侧槽壁的中部为弹性结构,所述弹性结构与滑动导向槽的另一侧槽壁形成对滑动板的夹持。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种便携电子设备终端的滑板铰链,其特征在于所述固定板上设有支撑所述弹性结构的弹簧或弹片。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种便携电子设备终端的滑板铰链,其特征在于所述固定板上设有支撑所述弹性结构的弹片,所述弹片从固定板上切割弯曲而成。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的一种便携电子设备终端的滑板铰链,其特征在于所述弹性结构包括处于中部的凸出在滑动板滑动路径上并可上下移动的摩擦块以及自摩擦块向其两侧外延伸的弹性臂,摩擦块的两侧设有导坡。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种便携电子设备终端的滑板铰链,其特征在于所述弹性结构和滑动导向槽为一体式结构,所述滑动导向槽在对应弹性结构区段的槽底透空。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种便携电子设备终端的滑板铰链,其特征在于所述摩擦块的外侧设有第一左右限位结构,所述固定板上设有与第一左右限位结构配合的限位槽。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种便携电子设备终端的滑板铰链,其特征在于所述滑动导向槽的槽底外侧设有第二限位结构,所述固定板上设有与第二左右限位结构配合的限位槽。
8.如权利要求4所述的一种便携电子设备终端的滑板铰链,其特征在于所述滑动板相对于滑动行程极限位设有与摩擦块配合的凹槽。
9.如权利要求3所述的一种便携电子设备终端的滑板铰链,其特征在于所述固定板两侧被弯折成向固定板内侧开放的安装槽,所述滑动导向槽安装在安装槽内,所述弹片处在安装槽下部槽壁处。
10.如权利要求3所述的一种便携电子设备终端的滑板铰链,其特征在于所述固定板两侧被弯折成向固定板内侧开放的安装槽,所述滑动导向槽安装在安装槽内,所述弹片自安装槽下部槽壁经过安装槽槽底至安装槽上部槽壁。
