Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种车载充电装置，其方案为：变压器式充电器固定于一固定架内，固定架上方通过拉簧与上支板连接，固定架底部的轴承座内设有压簧及关节轴承，关节轴承下端固定于下支板上。本实用新型可避免变压器式充电器由于车辆颤动而损坏，克服以往充电器不能车载安装的技术不足，为汽车的随时、随地充电带来方便。

本实用新型涉及一种充电装置，尤其为一种车载充电装置。 
背景技术
电动汽车进行充电时，需要将市电通过大功率充电器变成所需的直流电，而大功率充电器多为变压器式充电器，如随车安装，车辆在行驶的颠簸中容易导致充电器故障，故一般不随车携带，这样就导致电动汽车的充电带来一定的不便。 
实用新型内容
为克服上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种便于随车装配，并可避免由于颠簸而损坏的车载充电装置。 
为实现上述技术目的，本实用新型是采用以下技术方案实现的：一种车载充电装置，包括一变压器式充电器，其特征在于：变压器式充电器固定于一固定架内，固定架上方通过拉簧与上支板连接，固定架底部设有一轴承座，轴承座内设有压簧及关节轴承，关节轴承下端固定于下支板上。 
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：安装时将上支板、下支板固定于电动车内，当车辆行驶颤动时，上支板连接的四支拉簧牵引着固定架，固定架将振波传到压簧上消减，左右方向的波动由固定架与下支板之间的关节轴承调整，由此来避免变压器式充电器由于车辆颤动而损坏，克服以往充电器不能车载安装的技术不足，为汽车的随时、随地充电带来方便。

具体实施方式
参看附图1，一种车载充电装置，包括一变压器式充电器3，其特征在于：变压器式充电器3固定于一固定架4内，固定架4上方通过拉簧2与上支板1连接，固定架4底部设有一轴承座8，轴承座8内设有压簧5及关节轴承7，关节轴承7下端固定于下支板6上。

1.一种车载充电装置，包括一变压器式充电器，其特征在于：变压器式充电器固定于一固定架内，固定架上方通过拉簧与上支板连接，固定架底部设有一轴承座，轴承座内设有压簧及关节轴承，关节轴承下端固定于下支板上。
