本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种可任意调速的数控外圆磨床的头架。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:数控外圆磨床的头架,包括顶针,所述头架还包括壳体,壳体的上方连接变频电机,变频电机的输出轴连接小皮带轮,小皮带轮外设置外罩,外罩与壳体和变频电机连接;所述壳体上支撑主轴,所述顶针连接在主轴的外端,壳体外的主轴上通过轴承连接大皮带轮,大皮带轮与小皮带轮通过传动带连接,所述主轴上还套置轴承压板和轴承压盖,轴承压板设置在轴承的外侧,轴承压盖设置在轴承压板的外侧,轴承压盖的外套置盖板,盖板与所述外罩连接。
本实用新型通过以上设计,通过变频电机传动,由小皮带轮通过广角带带动大皮带轮转动,通过轴承使主动转动,从而带动顶针转动,减少了传动机构,并且转速可任意调整,结构更加紧凑。
为了防止灰尘进入,所述轴承压盖与主轴之间设置骨架油封和骨架油封压板,骨架油封压板设置在骨架油封的外侧。
同理,轴承压盖与盖板之间设置油封和油封压板,油封压板设置在油封的外侧。

如图1所示,为数控外圆磨床的头架,包括壳体15,壳体15的上方连接变频电机16,变频电机16的输出轴连接小皮带轮2,小皮带轮2外设置外罩1,外罩1与壳体15和变频电机16连接。壳体15上支撑主轴11,主轴11的外端连接顶针10,壳体15外的主轴11上通过深沟球轴承13连接大皮带轮14,大皮带轮14与小皮带轮2通过广角带3连接,主轴11上还套置轴承压板12、轴承压盖7、骨架油封9、骨架油封压板8,轴承压板12设置在深沟球轴承13的外侧,轴承压盖7设置在轴承压板12的外侧,骨架油封9设置在轴承压盖7与主轴11之间,骨架油封压板8设置在骨架油封9的外侧并且设置在轴承压盖7与主轴11之间,轴承压盖7的外套置盖板4,盖板4与外罩1和壳体15连接。轴承压盖7与盖板4之间设置油封6和油封压板5,油封压板5设置在油封6的外侧。

1.数控外圆磨床的头架,包括顶针,其特征在于:所述头架还包括壳体,壳体的上方连接变频电机,变频电机的输出轴连接小皮带轮,小皮带轮外设置外罩,外罩与壳体和变频电机连接;所述壳体上支撑主轴,所述顶针连接在主轴的外端,壳体外的主轴上通过轴承连接大皮带轮,大皮带轮与小皮带轮通过传动带连接,所述主轴上还套置轴承压板和轴承压盖,轴承压板设置在轴承的外侧,轴承压盖设置在轴承压板的外侧,轴承压盖的外套置盖板,盖板与所述外罩连接。
