钢丝热处理炉主要有：马福炉、沸腾粒子炉、电流热效应加热钢丝、铅浴炉、管式辐射加热的稳定化处理炉，但这几种热处理炉都存在能源消耗大热效低和体积大。发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理，热效高能源消耗少的热处理炉。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
一种热处理炉，包括炉体，其特征是：炉体内设置有外层为金属管内层为石英管构成辐射加热管，辐射加热管外设置保温材料，炉体内还设置有降压变压器。
