本实用新型采用了以下技术方案：一种发黑不锈钢管加热装置，它设有外壳，外壳设置为经过发黑处理的不锈钢管，在不锈钢管的内表面分布有发热体。

本实用新型具有以下有益效果：采用了以上技术方案后，本实用新型外壳设置为经过发黑处理的不锈钢管，在不锈钢管的内表面分布有发热体，发热体设置为铁、铬和铝的合金丝，在铁、铬和铝的合金丝在外部包裹有氧化镁层，这样在通电后发黑的不锈钢管体能发出一定波长的远红外线适合于皮革制品一类材料加热烘干之需，采用经过发黑处理的不锈钢管作为加热装置的外壳，通电加热后产生很强的烘干温度，温度可达到250～400度，其管子表面产生红外辐射，红外波为2.5um～25um，能满足皮革材料加热干燥相匹配的红外波长，极大地提高了波烘皮革材料烘干质量。
