本实用新型提供了一种以生物质燃料为原料制备可燃气体的反应炉。炉口及炉盖位于炉体的上端,热裂解区位于炉体的中上部,双层炉栅的上层炉栅固定于热裂解区下端部法兰的活动轨道上,气体排出区位于热裂解区的下部,下层炉栅固定于气体排出区上端部连接两法兰的螺丝上,两层法兰之间设有密封圈;气体排出区下部置于封闭液槽中,气体排出区上端部设置下部具有开口的倒圆台型出气斗,在侧上部开有排气口。气体排出区的中上部设置下部具有开口的倒圆台型出气斗,气体排出更加均匀,热裂解区各部分热裂解同步,产气更加平稳,位于热裂解区下端部的双层炉栅间隙可调,适应不同类型生物质燃料,适用范围更广。

本实用新型提供了一种以生物质燃料为原料制备可燃气体的反应炉。
背景技术
目前,以生物质能为原料制备可燃气体的反应炉多种多样,由于排气部分结构的原因,存在一个致命缺点,用于制气的生物质燃料各部分热裂解的进程不同步,有的地方过快,出现透气现象,影响正常产气。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是要提供一种结构更加合理、各部分的热裂解进程同步的反应炉。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:炉体由三部分组成,炉口及炉盖位于炉体的上端,热裂解区位于炉体的中上部,双层炉栅的上层炉栅固定于热裂解区下端部法兰的活动轨道上,气体排出区位于热裂解区的下部,下层炉栅固定于气体排出区上端部连接两法兰的螺丝上,两层法兰之间设有密封圈;所述热裂解区的炉体外部为水套层,且设有与水套层连通的进水口及排水口,水套层里部为耐火层;所述气体排出区为一腔体且下部置于封闭液槽中,气体排出区上端部的法兰上设置下部具有开口的倒圆台型出气斗,在侧上部开有排气口。
进一步地,双层炉栅之间的间隙可调。
本实用新型与现有制气炉相比,气体排出区的中上部设置下部具有开口的倒圆台型出气斗,气体排出更加均匀,热裂解区各部分热裂解同步,产气更加平稳,位于热裂解区下端部的双层炉栅间隙可调,适应不同类型生物质燃料,适用范围更广。

参照图1,本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:炉体由三部分组成,炉口1及炉盖2位于炉体的上端,热裂解区位于炉体的中上部,双层炉栅的上层炉栅14固定于热裂解区下端部法兰5的活动轨道上,气体排出区位于热裂解区的下部,下层炉栅13固定于气体排出区上端部连接两法兰的螺丝7上,两层法兰14、13之间设有密封圈6;所述热裂解区的炉体外部为水套层3,且设有与水套层连通的进水口4及排水口12,水套层3里部为耐火层15;所述气体排出区为一腔体且下部置于封闭液槽9中,气体排出区上端部的法兰11上设置下部具有开口的倒圆台型出气斗8,在侧上部开有排气口10。
进一步地,双层炉栅13、14之间的间隙通过螺丝7的松紧实现间隙可调。

1.一种热裂解反应炉,其特征在于:炉体由三部分组成,炉口及炉盖位于炉体的上端,热裂解区位于炉体的中上部,双层炉栅的上层炉栅固定于热裂解区下端部法兰的活动轨道上,气体排出区位于热裂解区的下部,下层炉栅固定于气体排出区上端部连接两法兰的螺丝上,两层法兰之间设有密封圈;所述热裂解区的炉体外部为水套层,且设有与水套层连通的进水口及排水口,水套层里部为耐火层;所述气体排出区为一腔体且下部置于封闭液槽中,气体排出区上端部的法兰上设置下部具有开口的倒圆台型出气斗,在侧上部开有排气口。
