Abstract

本实用新型所述的轨道车辆风挡，在风挡垂向底部增加可封闭或打开的排水机构，在保证风挡、前后车厢气密性的前提下实现排水操作，以实际解决风挡内部积水的问题。风挡包括有一组安装于2个车体端部侧边的风挡组件，在风挡组件外部套设有棚布。在棚布的底端设置有数对丝套和丝堵。一组风挡组件连接在前后车厢之间，从而起到2个车体之间的通道骨架和安全屏障，即乘客能够从此经过并穿梭于2个车体。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种应用于轨道车辆车体之间衔接部的排水机构，即针对车体外部的风挡增加其具有排水功能，属于机械制造领域。
背景技术
目前国内使用的轨道车辆，如动车组、地铁和城市轻轨等，通常在前后两节车体之间采用贯通道进行连接，以供乘客在车辆内部通行。而且，在贯通道的外部安装有风挡，以保证前后车厢衔接部的气密性、防止外部空气或沙尘通过贯通道进入到车厢内部。
现有风挡均不同时具备气密功能和排水功能，对于一个普通气密性风挡来说，当水或其他液体从贯通道流至风挡、或因风挡出现破损裂缝等问题而内部积水时，由于风挡不具有排水结构而导致无法排水清洁，长时间后易滋生细菌和产生异味，从而影响到轨道车辆的乘坐环境。
有鉴于此特提出本专利申请。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所述的轨道车辆风挡，其设计目的在于解决上述问题和不足而在风挡垂向底部增加可封闭或打开的排水机构，在保证风挡、前后车厢气密性的前提下实现排水操作，以实际解决风挡内部积水的问题。
为实现上述设计目的，所述轨道车辆风挡主要包括有：
一组安装于2个车体端部侧边的风挡组件，在风挡组件外部套设有棚布。与现有技术的区别之处在于，在棚布的底端设置有数对丝套和丝堵。
如上述基本方案，一组风挡组件连接在前后车厢之间，从而起到2个车体之间的通道骨架和安全屏障，即乘客能够从此经过并穿梭于2个车体。
棚布套设在风挡组件外部，既可以起到美观作用、又可进一步地起到气密封闭的作用。
通常积水发生在棚布内部，数对丝套和丝堵旋紧时可保障风挡的气密性；当需要排水时，则将底部的丝堵旋下，在排水完毕后重新将丝堵旋紧即可。
为进一步地起到方便排水操作、防止丝堵丢失的问题发生，可采取的改进方案是，在丝套和丝堵之间连接有拉绳，拉绳能够确保丝堵旋下后不被丢失。
如上内容，本实用新型轨道车辆风挡具有的优点和有益效果是：
1、在风挡棚布垂向底部增加排水机构，可有效地同时保证气密性与排水操作，整体结构简便易行，无需对现有风挡组件进行结构改进；
2、能够保证丝堵不易丢失。

实施例1，如图1至图2所示，所述轨道车辆风挡包括有一组风挡组件1，风挡组件1安装于2个车体1的端部侧边。其中，
在风挡组件2外部套设有棚布3，在棚布3的底端设置有数对丝套4和丝堵5，在丝套4和丝堵5之间连接有拉绳6。

1.一种轨道车辆风挡，包括有一组安装于2个车体(1)端部侧边的风挡组件(2)，在风挡组件(2)外部套设有棚布(3)，其特征在于：在棚布(3)的底端设置有数对丝套(4)和丝堵(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轨道车辆风挡，其特征在于：在丝套(4)和丝堵(5)之间连接有拉绳(6)。
