背景技术
因离心铸造作业过程中，需要向旋转的型腔内浇入定量的金属液。传统的控制方法是容积定量式，即在用于盛放待浇注的金属液的过渡包内作标线，以容积大小决定重量的方式，其金属液定量控制精确度不足（不精确）。
发明内容
本实用新型提供能够更精确控制金属液定量的一种浇注称重装置。
本实用新型包括具有驱动装置的车体，其特征是车体上设有称重传感器，称重传感器连接显示器。
本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，可以对生产过程中需求金属液量进行精确地控制，其可控性更强。外接大屏幕显示金属液重量值，操作人员可以在倾倒金属液的同时读出金属液重量，而进行严格控制金属液量的多少。

具体实施方式：
实施例：图1所示，本实施例包括具有驱动装置的车体，车体上设有称重传感器，称重传感器连接显示器，车体的底部车轮1实现小车在接受金属液和浇注充型位置之间转换移动，车架下体2为支撑底部，由钢材结构焊接而成，车架上体4上面可放置定量包及翻包驱动装置，车架下体2与车架上体4中间安装称重传感器3进行联接，在向定量包内倾倒金属液时车架上体4的重量改变通过称重传感器将信号输出至显示器5，通过显示器5的解析将重量数值输出到大屏幕6，在大屏幕6上读出显示数值，对金属液量的多少进行精确的控制。
