    现有的输送装置由皮带支架与机座和模架固定而成，在日常生产操作过程中需要根据不同情况调节输送带的位置，原先调整宽度时，都是运动座先调整好，然后再调整需要移动的皮带组件，每次调整时都要花大量的时间校正皮带组件。

一种输送皮带快速调整装置，包括底座、运动座，所述底座上安装有可左右移动的运动座，所述运动座底部安装有螺纹轴套，所述螺纹轴套内转动配合有螺纹轴，所述螺纹轴的两端转动安装在支架上，所述螺纹轴的一端固定安装有调节手轮，所述运动座上安装有可移动皮带主动轮，所述皮带主动轮通过键槽的配合安装在皮带主动轴上。
将需要移动的皮带组件用螺钉固定在运动座上，皮带的主动轮与主动轴之间采用花键连接，使其之间可以相对滑动，在调整宽度时只要摇动调节手轮就可以轻松完成运动座和皮带组件一起移动，从而节约了大量的时间，提高了效率。
