本实用新型属于锅炉原煤防堵技术领域,具体涉及一种大型CFB锅炉防堵煤仓。这使煤仓结构复杂,成本大大提高。现有技术煤仓防堵效果差,安全隐患大和成本高。本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种大型CFB锅炉防堵煤仓,包括煤斗和内衬,煤斗的中下部为双曲线结构,煤斗底部连接有小煤斗,小煤斗的入口外侧设置有疏通口。相对于现有技术,本实用新型结构简单,改善了煤斗的形状和内衬的材料,可以有效防止煤堵现象的发生,取消以往原煤仓设计上安装的诸如疏松机、空气炮等装置,降低了制造成本。

技术领域
本实用新型属于锅炉原煤防堵技术领域,具体涉及一种大型CFB锅炉防堵煤仓。
背景技术
CFB(循环流化床)锅炉因为其特殊的燃烧方式,无论燃用哪种煤,要求其粒度一般都在0~13mm范围内,均匀粒度为2~3mm,煤经过破碎后,比较细。现有技术的原煤仓一般为普通的漏斗形,内衬为钢结构,如果原煤的含水率偏高,就很容易造成原煤在煤仓四壁和给煤机入口处聚积,加之流化床锅炉密向区是正压燃烧,为防止炉膛热烟气倒灌,一般在给煤机出口处都设置给煤密封风,密封风大多都是从一次风机出口烟道处引的风,这也会在煤斗内形成上托力,形成堵煤。正常运行时如果堵煤,会大大影响机组的负荷,如果长时间疏通不下来,甚至会造成停炉事故。为了疏堵,现有技术的煤仓一般设置有疏松机、空气炮等装置(实践证明疏煤效果不好),这使煤仓结构复杂,成本大大提高。
实用新型内容
      为了解决现有技术煤仓堵煤问题,本实用新型的目的是采用一种结构简单的大型CFB锅炉防堵煤仓,以克服现有技术煤仓防堵效果差,安全隐患大和成本高的缺陷。
      为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
    一种大型CFB锅炉防堵煤仓,包括煤斗和内衬,其特征在于:
煤斗的中下部为双曲线结构,煤斗底部连接有小煤斗,小煤斗的入口外侧设置有疏通口。
   上述双曲线结构的上端起始于距煤斗上端的三分之一处。
上述内衬为高密度高分子板结构。
   相对于现有技术,本实用新型结构简单,改善了煤斗的形状和内衬的材料,可以有效防止煤堵现象的发生。取消以往原煤仓设计上安装的诸如疏松机、空气炮等装置,降低了制造成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步说明:
参见图1,一种大型CFB锅炉防堵煤仓,包括煤斗1和内衬2,所述煤斗1中下部为双曲线结构3,所述双曲线结构3的上端起始于距煤斗1上端的三分之一处,所述双曲线结构3下部连接有小煤斗4,小煤斗4的入口外侧设置有疏通口5。所述内衬2为高密度高分子板结构。
本实用新型将煤仓内衬由常用的不锈钢板全部改为高密度高分子板,高密度高分子板的摩擦系数很小(煤与钢之间的摩擦系数为0.3,与高分子板之间的摩擦系数为0.1),加装后可减少煤与煤斗侧壁的摩擦力,有利于改善堵煤现象。本实用新型取消原煤仓设计上安装的疏松机、空气炮等装置,不但使结构简化,也大大降低了制造成本。
另外,煤仓下部为一段等截面变化率的双曲线结构煤斗,制造时其位置可根据需要进行调整,优选位置为距煤仓的上部1/3处,其下部通过法兰直接与上口敞开的角度相当大的巨型不对称小煤斗相连。在小煤斗处还设置了一个便于疏通煤的入口,小煤斗的不对称结构和疏通口可帮助缓解煤堵现象,另外,在实际操作中可将给煤机的入料口即矩形小煤斗的出料口的尺寸放大为1600mm*650mm,在给煤机纵向上开大入口,由于入口增大,相对进煤量也会增大。

1.一种大型CFB锅炉防堵煤仓,包括煤斗(1)和内衬(2),其特征在于:所述煤斗(1)中下部为双曲线结构(3),所述双曲线结构(3)下部连接有小煤斗(4),小煤斗(4)的入口外侧设置有疏通口(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型CFB锅炉防堵煤仓,其特征在于:所述双曲线结构(3)的上端起始于距煤斗(1)上端的三分之一处。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种大型CFB锅炉防堵煤仓,其特征在于:所述内衬(2)为高密度高分子板结构。
