本实用新型涉及加热装置，特别是一种用于除去输送带冬季结冰的加热除冰装置。
背景技术
我国北方地区，冬季寒冷，室外用于输送燃煤等含水物料的输送带表面常常结冰，使物料在输送带上打滑，影响物料的正常输送。因此，设计一种输送带除冰装置是非常必要的。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对以上需要提供一种输送带加热除冰装置，用该装置使表面结冰的输送带及时除冰，保证输送带正常有效输送物料。
本实用新型提供的输送带加热除冰装置有一组风箱，风箱的上面有排气孔，风箱与分气缸相接，分气缸与换热器相接，换热器与送风机相接。
本实用新型输送带加热除冰装置，使用时将风箱依次安装在输送带回程的后部，使风箱的上面靠近输送带的表面，换热器中通入高温蒸汽，送风机送出的冷风经过换热器加热变成热风，经分气缸分别输给各个风箱，由风箱上面的排气孔吹到输送带的表面上，使输送带表面的冰层融化，靠水的蒸发和滴落除掉输送带表面的结冰，从而避免物料在结冰的输送带上打滑，确保输送带正常输送物料。

具体实施方式
结合图1、图2和图3，本实用新型实施例加热除冰装置共有五个风箱4，风箱外形呈正方体，上表面开有若干排气孔6，前部有风箱接口5，五个风箱通过输送带支架1依次安装在输送带3的回程后部，并使风箱的上面靠近输送带表面，风箱接口5分别与分气缸7的五个出气接口8相接，分气缸7的进气端通过输气管道9及连接发兰与换热器10的出气端相接，换热器10的进气端通过输气管道及发兰与送风机12相接，换热器10侧面有蒸气接口11，整个换热器坐落在换热器支架13上。
本实施例加热除冰装置适合冬季室外输送燃煤或其它含水潮湿物料的输送带使用。携带物料的输送带在输送带托棍2的托付下运行至上端，卸料后进入回程，行进到回程后部与风箱相遇，其表面即被风箱吹出的热风加热，附着的冰层即可被除掉。

1.一种输送带加热除冰装置，其特征是：有一组风箱(4)，风箱的上面有排气孔(6)，风箱与分气缸(7)相接，分气缸(7)与换热器(10)相接，换热器(10)与送风机(12)相接。
