大压力单冲压片机通常采用凸轮带动杠杆,杠杆带动送料板完成送料,振动大,噪音大。在凸轮设计中曲线的设计要考虑到顶片、压片和送料的动作协调,计算较为复杂。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种大单冲压片机送料伺服控制系统,解决上述的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:大单冲压片机送料伺服控制系统,其特征是,包括伺服电机、滚珠丝杠和送料板,所述的伺服电机固定在电机支座上,滚珠丝杠的两端通过轴承分别固定有丝杠支座,伺服电机的输出轴与滚珠丝杠通过联轴器固定,所述的滚珠丝杠的一端还套设有滚珠丝杠螺母,另一端设有送料板,滚珠丝杠螺母与送料板相配合。
本实用新型的有益效果是:省去了杠杆控制系统复杂的传动机构,采用伺服电机、滚珠丝杠等精密度较高的零部件,使得该传动系统简单直接,传动效率高,大大降低了设备运行中的振动与噪声。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,大单冲压片机送料伺服控制系统,包括伺服电机1、滚珠丝杠2和送料板3,所述的伺服电机1固定在电机支座4上,滚珠丝杠2的两端通过轴承分别固定有丝杠支座5,伺服电机1的输出轴与滚珠丝杠2通过联轴器6固定,所述的滚珠丝杠2的一端还套设有滚珠丝杠螺母7,另一端设有送料板3,滚珠丝杠螺母7与送料板3相配合。
当伺服电机1顺时针旋转时,联轴器6带动滚珠丝杠2顺时针旋转,滚珠丝杠螺母7带动送料板3沿滚珠丝杠2向前直线移动,移动到设定的行程完成将加料板中的物料向料腔8加料过程,同时将片剂推向片剂收集筒;当伺服电机1逆时针旋转时,联轴器6带动滚珠丝杠2逆时针旋转,滚珠丝杠螺母7带动送料板3沿滚珠丝杠2向后退回到原位置,完成一次加料过程。等待下一次加料过程,如此循环,完成加料工作。
本实用新型还可根据送料板3的重量及物料的多少以及在送料过程中所受到的其他阻力来选择伺服电机1的大小和滚珠丝杠2的尺寸,使其能够满足送料板3送料的多少及行程的大小。
