本实用新型涉及汽车故障分析装置,具体地说是汽车故障读码器。
背景技术
现有的汽车越来越多地采用电子控制系统。如:制动防抱死系统ABS、发动机管理系统EMS、安全气囊SRS等;高档汽车还采用控制器局域网CAN,把更多的控制系统联系起来,共享包括故障诊断信息在内的各种信息。对于车辆维修保养来说,这个控制网络对外提供了一个串行通讯接口,只要通过专用诊断设备,与之交换之后,这些控制系统还可在组合仪表提供故障指示灯;当系统出现异常,通过亮灯,提醒用户故障出现;同时由控制器内部存储的该故障代码更精确地提示是某个传感器或执行器出现的故障。但这样的信息必须通过专用设备才可以获取。对于汽车使用者来说,配备这样的专用设备是不现实的。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是利用汽车现有的汽车组合仪表体1,把故障信息解读并显示出来。
本实用新型是这样实现设计目的的。先在安装在汽车组合仪表体1的微处理器2内预设有相应的故障分析软件代码;在与微处理器2连接的按键4内增设有能选择故障分析处理结果的功能,在显示器3上增设能显示故障分析处理结果的功能;在微处理器2上还连接有与串行通讯线路6连接,并能把来自串行通讯线路6的信号传送给微处理器2的串行通讯接口电路5;在串行通讯线路6上连接有能与各种电子控制系统的串行通讯线路6建立数据交换,获取故障代码信息的诊断座8和电子控制器7;
本实用新型可安装在汽车仪表内,供驾驶人员方便地了解汽车故障,及时排除故障。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对一非限定实施例加以说明。
在现有的汽车组合仪表体1内部增加硬件接口串行通讯接口电路5;在原微处理器2增加相应的故障分析软件代码,利用电子控制器7获取故障代码信息,通过诊断座8与现有的串行通讯线路6建立数据交换,并由微处理器2经过软件处理,通过按键4的选择,最终以数码、图形、文字等直观形式呈现在显示屏3上。故障排除后可用按键4清除故障代码。

Claims (1)

1.汽车故障读码器,由汽车组合仪表体(1)、串行通讯线路(6)组成,其特征在于:
在汽车组合仪表体(1)内安装带有预设相应的故障分析软件代码的微处理器(2);
与微处理器(2)连接的有能选择故障分析处理结果的按键(4)和能显示故障分析处理结果的显示屏(3);
在微处理器(2)上还连接有与串行通讯线路(6)连接,并能把来自串行通讯线路(6)的信号传送给微处理器(2)的串行通讯接口电路(5);
串行通讯线路(6)上连接有能与各种电子控制系统的串行通讯线路(6)建立数据交换,获取故障代码信息的诊断座(8)和电子控制器(7)。
