技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种采样机，尤其是一种煤炭皮带输送机使用的采样机。
背景技术
目前，煤炭皮带输送机的采样机主要采用刮板式采样头。采样头旋转的同时，将皮带上的煤流横向切割，并将煤流刮到集料桶中，取得一个煤样。采样头的运动轨迹为圆形，而输煤皮带的横断面近似为圆弧。此外，皮带在高速运行中会发生跑偏。为了不损伤皮带，采样头下缘与皮带之间存有间隙，导致皮带上存有“底煤”，采样不完全，降低了所取煤样的代表性。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是克服已有技术中的不足之处，提供一种采样效率高，结构紧凑，操作便捷的皮带输送机用采样机。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型所采用技术方案：一种皮带输送机用采样机，包括动力装置、连接体5、配重块1和采样斗7，连接体5通过固定在其中部的转轴2与动力装置连接，连接体5的上部固定连接配重块1，下部与采样斗7的上端螺栓连接，在采样斗7的上端设置用于螺栓连接的槽型孔6，所述的槽形孔6成垂直方向。
还包括一个橡胶刮板8，所述橡胶刮板8安装在采样斗7的下部。
同时在槽型孔6内设有垫块9，垫块9固定安装在槽型孔6的下表面。
调节槽型孔中螺栓的位置，便可控制采样斗与输煤皮带上表面的距离，垫块可有效防止采样斗下滑，避免对输煤皮带表面造成损坏，橡胶刮板起到刮取残留煤样及保护皮带表面的双重作用。
本实用新型的皮带运输机用采样机，具有高度可调的采样斗和橡胶刮板提高了采样效率，并有效保护了皮带表面不受损伤。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图中的实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述：
本实用新型主要由动力装置，连接体5，配重块1，采样斗7，橡胶刮板8构成。连接体5通过固定在其中部的转轴2与动力装置连接，连接体5的上部固定连接配重块1，下部与采样斗7的上端螺栓连接，在采样斗7的上端设置用于螺栓连接的槽型孔6，槽形孔6成垂直方向，采样斗7的下部安装橡胶刮板8。
通过槽型孔6中的螺栓调节采样斗7和输煤皮带10之间的间隙，在槽型孔6的下表面与螺栓之间放入垫块9。在动力装置的带动下，采样斗7旋转，将输煤皮带10上的煤流横向垂直切割，并将煤流刮出，同时，橡胶刮板8将采样斗7的残留煤样刮净。

1.一种皮带输送机用采样机，包括动力装置、连接体（5）、配重块（1）和采样斗（7），连接体（5）通过固定在其中部的转轴（2）与动力装置连接，连接体（5）的上部固定连接配重块（1），下部与采样斗（7）的上端螺栓连接，其特征在于：在采样斗（7）的上端设置用于螺栓连接的槽型孔（6），所述的槽形孔（6）成垂直方向。
2.根据权利要求1所述的皮带输送机用采样机，其特征在于：还包括一个橡胶刮板（8），所述橡胶刮板（8）安装在采样斗（7）的下部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的皮带输送机用采样机，其特征在于：在所述的槽型孔（6）内设有垫块（9），所述垫块（9）固定安装在槽型孔（6）的下表面。
