技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种压缩机的气室密封结构的技术领域,尤其涉及压缩机的气缸盖与阀板的密封结构。 
背景技术
在压缩机领域中,现有的气缸盖与阀板之间设有密封圈,气缸盖的底面开有凹槽,阀板表面为平面,密封圈套入气缸盖的凹槽内。在装配时,先把密封圈套入气缸盖的凹槽内,反转气缸盖盖于阀板上,当反转气缸盖时,密封圈由于离心力或配合公差问题容易脱离凹槽而造成密封不良或压坏密封圈,使安装工人要认真仔细,甚至需多次把密封圈压回凹槽内方可完成该工序,安装十分不便;因此,此结构的密封圈不能完全容易、准确地套于凹槽内,使得气缸盖与阀板之间的密封效果不好。

本实用新型的目的提供一种安装方便和密封效果好的压缩机的气室密封结构。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的。 
一种压缩机的气室密封结构,包括气缸盖、密封圈和阀板,密封圈为弹性胶圈,密封圈的形状与气缸盖的底面形状配合,所述气缸盖的底面密封面为平板面,而阀板的表密封面上开有凹槽,密封圈放置于阀板凹槽上,并高于阀板表密封面。气缸盖压制密封圈于阀板上,密封圈密封于气缸盖和阀板之间,所述气缸盖与阀板之间通过螺栓固定。 
本实用新型的有益效果是。 
本实用新型提供了一种压缩机的气缸盖与阀板的密封结构,此结构在阀板的表面上开有凹槽,密封圈放置于凹槽上,气缸盖盖合于阀板并密封其之间。避免了现有的密封圈是设置在气缸盖上,安装不方便和密封效果不好的缺点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对实用新型作进一步详述。 
如图1所示:气缸盖1内设有由隔壁101,隔壁101把气缸装置的内腔分隔为左空腔a和右空腔b,隔壁101的底面与气缸盖1的周边面压合于阀板2的周边底面构成“日”字形的底面。 
如图2所示:阀板2对应上述气缸盖1的底面,在阀板2表面上开有凹槽201,凹槽201形状与气缸盖1的“日”字形的底面配合。 
如图3和图4所示:一种压缩机4的气室密封结构,包括气缸盖1、密封圈3和阀板2,密封圈3为弹性胶圈,密封圈3的形状与气缸盖1的底面形状配合,所述气缸盖1的底面密封面为平板面,而阀板2的表密封面上开有凹槽201,密封圈3置于阀板2的凹槽201上,并高于阀板2表面密封面,气缸盖1压制密封圈3于阀板2上,密封于气缸盖1和阀板2之间的接触面,所述气缸盖1与阀板2之间通过螺栓固定。

1.一种压缩机的气室密封结构,包括气缸盖、密封圈和阀板,其特征在于:所述气缸盖的底面密封面为平板面,而阀板的表密封面上开有凹槽,密封圈置于凹槽上,气缸盖压制密封圈于阀板上,密封圈密封于气缸盖和阀板之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种压缩机的气室密封结构,其特征在于:所述密封圈的形状与气缸盖的底面形状配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种压缩机的气室密封结构,其特征在于:所述气缸盖与阀板之间通过螺栓固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种压缩机的气室密封结构,其特征在于:所述密封圈为弹性胶圈。
