本实用新型涉及压缩机设备技术领域,更具体地说是涉及一种压缩机的气缸缸套。
背景技术
传统的用于压缩机上的气缸套和阀板是分别用两种材料,分两个零件做成的,缸套和阀板的连接处设置密封圈密封。其缺点是工作时缸套和阀板会发生振动,而密封圈一般都是采用橡胶材料制成,仅仅依靠密封圈密封长期使用有可能会出现漏气等现象,稳定性差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决现有技术之不足而提供的一种不仅结构简单,拆装方便,而且可靠性高,节约成本的阀板气缸套密封结构。
本实用新型是采用如下技术解决方案来实现上述目的:一种阀板气缸套密封结构,包括缸套、阀板和密封圈,其特征在于,所述阀板的底侧周向设置有凹槽,密封圈设置于凹槽内,气缸套套装于阀板上并与密封圈接触形成密封。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,所述阀板横截面呈凸型,凸型阀板的边缘与缸套顶端配合连接。
所述气缸套与阀板之间装有一隔离两者间的振动的塑料垫片。
所述凹槽呈环形,环形凹槽的槽宽为1~5mm。
所述阀板上装有阀门组件,该阀门组件包括阀片、塑料垫片、金属垫片和螺钉,金属垫片和塑料垫片依次叠压在阀片上并由螺钉固定。
本实用新型采用上述技术解决方案所能达到的有益效果是:
本实用新型采用在阀板的底侧开设凹槽,便于密封圈的安装,并通过在密封圈与阀板之间设置塑料垫片,隔离气缸套与阀板之间的振动,进一步加强密封性能,从而提高其稳定性及可靠性。

具体实施方式
如图1~图4所示,本实用新型一种阀板气缸套密封结构,包括缸套1、阀板2和密封圈3,阀板2截面呈凸型,凸型阀板的边缘与缸套1顶端配合连接。阀板2的底侧周向设置有环形凹槽4,环形凹槽4的槽宽为1~5mm,一般采用2.5mm,密封圈3设置于环形凹槽内,气缸套套装于阀板上并与密封圈接触形成密封,缸套1与阀板2之间装有一隔离两者间的振动的塑料垫片9。阀板2上装有阀门组件,该阀门组件包括阀片5、塑料垫片6、金属垫片7、金属加强片10和螺钉8,金属垫片、金属加强片和塑料垫片依次叠压在阀片上并由螺钉固定。
使用过程中,直接将气缸套以及阀板套接于气缸的顶部,然后装上缸盖并将其固定于压缩机上,安装简单方便。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的阀板气缸套密封结构,其特征在于,所述气缸套与阀板之间装有一隔离两者间的振动的塑料垫片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阀板气缸套密封结构,其特征在于,所述凹槽呈环形,环形凹槽的槽宽为1~5mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的阀板气缸套密封结构,其特征在于,所述阀板上装有阀门组件,该阀门组件包括阀片、塑料垫片、金属加强片、金属垫片和螺钉,金属垫片、金属加强片和塑料垫片依次叠压在阀片上并由螺钉固定。
