    本实用新型主要涉及柴油机零部件领域,具体的说一种带密封圈的飞轮壳。
背景技术
    柴油机飞轮壳的密封一般采用的是纸质垫片密封方式,飞轮壳与机体之间两个面的密封要求较高,造成了飞轮壳与机体密封面的漏油现象较多。同时柴油机维修不便,密封垫粘附在机体上,需要把残留的垫片铲除干净,否则在更换后会再次出现漏油现象。
实用新型内容
为了解决柴油机飞轮与机体密封面的漏油现象,本实用新型提供了一种带密封圈的飞轮壳。
本实用新型采用的技术方案:
一种带密封圈的飞轮壳,包括飞轮壳本体,所述飞轮壳本体上设有数个螺纹安装孔,所述飞轮壳本体的一侧密封端面上设有一圈环形的凹槽,所述凹槽内嵌入有密封圈,所述密封圈不完全内嵌于凹槽,向外伸出一部分。
所述密封圈材料为丁腈橡胶,或者为其他密封材料。
