一种油田一泵多井独立可调式变量注入装置。主要解决现有注剂装置一泵为一井注剂的问题。其特征在于:液压站(1)的液压阀组(2)通过管路与5个液压缸(3)相连通,液压缸(3)下端连通有阀体(4),阀体(4)上分别有进液口(5)及排液口(6),进液口(5)及排液口(6)内有单向阀,进液口(5)与注剂罐相连通,排液口(6)与注剂井通。该油田一泵多井独立可调式变量注入装置具有一泵为多井注剂,降低采油成本的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及油田采油领域驱油所用的注剂装置,尤其是油田一泵多井独立可调式变量注入装置。 
背景技术
在油田采油领域,为了提高采收率,采用向油层注剂驱油方试达到提高采收率的目的。而注剂需要用注剂装置将液体注入油层。现有注入装置采用一泵为一井注剂,从而增加采油成本,不利于推广应用。 
发明内容
为了解决现有注剂装置一泵为一井注剂的问题。本发明提供一种油田一泵多井独立可调式变量注入装置。该油田一泵多井独立可调式变量注入装置具有一泵为多井注剂,降低采油成本的特点。 
本发明的技术方案是:该油田一泵多井独立可调式变量注入装置包括液压站。液压站的液压阀组通过管路与5个液压缸相连通,液压缸下端连通有阀体,阀体上分别有进液口及排液口,进液口及排液口内有单向阀,进液口与注剂罐相连通,排液口与注剂井通。 
本发明具有如下有益效果:该油田一泵多井独立可调式变量注入装置由于采用液压站的液压阀组通过管路与5个液压缸相连通,液压缸下端连通有阀体,阀体上分别有进液口及排液口,进液口及排液口内有单向阀,进液口与注剂罐相连通,排液口与注剂井通的结构,利用每个液压缸为一口井注剂,因而实现一泵为5口井注剂,降低采油成本的目的。所以说该油田一泵多井独立可调式变量注入装置具有一泵为多井注剂,降低采油成本的特点。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
由附图所示,该油田一泵多井独立可调式变量注入装置包括液压站1。液压站1的液压阀组2通过管路与5个液压缸3相连通,液压缸3下端连通有阀体4,阀体4上分别有进液口5及排液口6,进液口5及排液口6内有单向阀,进液口5与注剂罐相连通,排液口6与注剂井通。该油田一泵多井独立可调式变量注入装置上的每个液压缸3为一井注剂,进而实现一泵为5口井注剂,降低采油成本。
实际使用时,首先将进液口5与注剂罐相连通,排液口6与注剂井通,在开启液压站1,液压缸3在液压阀组2的控制下做往复运动,当液压缸3的柱塞向上运动时,进液口5的单向阀打开,排液口6的单向阀关闭,注剂吸进,当液压缸3的柱塞向下运动时,进液口5的单向阀关闭,排液口6的单向阀打开,注剂注进注剂井内,达到一泵为5口井注剂的目的,具有推广应用的价值。

1.一种油田一泵多井独立可调式变量注入装置,包括液压站(1),其特征在于:液压站(1)的液压阀组(2)通过管路与5个液压缸(3)相连通,液压缸(3)下端连通有阀体(4),阀体(4)上分别有进液口(5)及排液口(6),进液口(5)及排液口(6)内有单向阀,进液口(5)与注剂罐相连通,排液口(6)与注剂井通。
