Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种轮胎防扎垫片。 
背景技术
现有充气轮胎的防扎装置大部分都有金属材质,而且结构都很复杂,安装不易。这样防扎装置本身就会对内外胎产生磨损,而且金属件一但被挤压或尖端冲击后变形,不易复原,形成的形变对内胎又是一大破坏隐患。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了克服现有技术的不足,而提供的一种结构简单,受外力挤压或尖端冲击变形后,马上就可复原;受热胀冷缩变形后也不能顶破外胎或压坏内胎的轮胎防扎垫片。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案: 
它由多个弧形片首尾相接而成,弧形片的弧度与轮胎相同,连接成整体的垫片内侧设有胶带,所述的弧形片一端内侧和另一端外侧均具有连接台阶。 
本实用新型取得的技术效果: 
1、本实用新型可有效防止充气轮胎被尖锐物刺破漏气的事故发生,由于防扎垫片无金属材质,所以不会对外胎和内胎造成磨损;再由于防扎带是由多个防扎垫片拼接而成的,片与片的接触位置留有空隙,所以不会发生防扎带受热胀冷缩顶破外胎或压坏内胎的事情,多节片组成的防扎带还具有弹性,安装容易,本实用新型可用于各种充气轮胎。
