Abstract

一种冷轧极薄钢带在线涂油刷,包括喷嘴、压下丝杆、输油管、储油装置,在所述压下丝杆的压板上安装有毛毡。供油装置内的油液通过喷嘴喷洒的毛毡上,再通过毛毡将油液均匀涂抹在运动的钢带上,解决了油层厚度不易控制的问题,实现了均匀涂油,满足了冷轧极薄钢带表面防护要求,而且避免了环境污染、降低了油耗,提高了效率。

本实用新型涉及一种冷轧极薄钢带在线涂油刷。 
背景技术
生产冷轧薄钢带时,需要对薄钢带进行涂油,以防锈蚀。目前所采用的涂油方式是人工涂刷,其工作原理是:在纵剪机组工作时操作工用毛刷浸油后将防锈油涂刷在运行中的钢带表面,然后在钢带下线后再用毛刷浸油后涂刷钢卷两个侧面,从而对钢带起到防锈保护作用。然而,人工涂刷不仅耗油量大,而且由于现有人工涂刷时油层厚度不易控制,造成有的局部没有涂刷到防锈油有的局部防锈油又过多聚集,因此会使冷轧极薄钢带局部锈蚀现象时有发生;而由于局部防锈油过多聚集,对生产厂家和客户的现场都会造成污染。因此,产生了在线自动涂油装置,而传统涂油刷结构复杂,操作不易,因此需要一种简易操作、成本低廉的均匀涂油刷装置。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种冷轧极薄钢带在线涂油刷,可以很好的解决油层厚度不易控制,涂油不均匀的问题,而且成本低廉、易于操作,很好的满足冷轧极薄钢带表面防护要求,并可避免环境污染、降低油耗。 
为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案: 
一种冷轧极薄钢带在线涂油刷,包括喷嘴、压下丝杆、输油管、储油装置,其特征在于在压下丝杆的压板上安装有毛毡。 
本实用新型很好的克服了现有自动涂油装置的不足,不仅成本低廉,而 且易于操作,解决了油层厚度不易控制,涂油不均匀的问题,满足了冷轧极薄钢带表面防护要求,而且避免了环境污染、降低了油耗,提高了效率。

具体实施方式
如图1至2所示,给出了本实用新型的一个具体实施例,图中,储油装置7下接输油管6,输油管6连接到安装在纵剪机组张力台4前的喷嘴3,毛毡2安装在压下丝杆5下方的压板上,紧贴钢带1上、下表面。毛毡可以用螺钉固定在压紧丝杆5下面的压板上,也可以采用铁丝其它固定安装方式。 
压下张紧台上的压下丝杆5,毛毡2贴紧钢带1,储油装置7中的防锈油通过输油管6流到喷嘴3处,并喷洒在毛毡2上,当钢带1在张力台4上运动时,防锈油通过毛毡均匀涂抹在钢带1上。 
本实用新型很好的克服了现有人工涂刷方式的不足,解决了油层厚度不易控制,涂油不均匀的问题,而且结构简单、易于操作,而且避免了环境污染、降低了油耗,提高了效率。

1.一种冷轧极薄钢带在线涂油刷,包括喷嘴(3)、压下丝杆(5)、输油管(6)、储油装置(7),其特征在于在压下丝杆(5)的压板上安装有毛毡(2)。
