一种车用电机的防水结构,包括电动机主轴的轴向孔和电缆线,所述的电缆线从电动机主轴的轴向孔进入电动机内部与电机绕组相连接,在电动机主轴的轴向孔内的电缆线套有密封部件,所述密封部件的纵向剖面为其两端部凸起、中部凹陷,所述的密封部件的两端部其外圆表面与电动机主轴的轴向孔内壁紧密接触。从而可有效阻止水沿电缆线与电动机轴向孔内壁之间的间隙进入电机内部,起到了防水作用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种车用电机防水结构的改进,尤其是一种电缆线从电动机的轴孔穿过用的防水结构。 
背景技术
现有的电动车等车用电动机设计为电缆线一端连接于电机内部的绕组,其另一端需穿过电动机主轴的长孔与电动机外部的电源相连接。由于电动车经常在雨中行驶或者驶过积水,导致车用电动机时常在雨水等潮湿环境中运行,由于穿过电动机主轴长孔的电缆线和轴孔内壁之间存在间隙,易使水沿着间隙进入电机的内部,存在烧毁电机的危险。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供了一种结构简单、可有效密封电缆线与电机主轴长孔内壁间隙的车用电机防水结构。 
本实用新型包括电动机主轴的轴向孔和电缆线,所述的电缆线从电动机主轴的轴向孔进入电动机内部与电机绕组相连接,在电动机主轴的轴向孔内的电缆线套有密封部件,所述密封部件的纵向剖面为其两端部凸起、中部凹陷,所述的密封部件的两端部其外圆表面与电动机主轴的轴向孔内壁紧密接触,起到密封防水的效果。 
所述密封部件纵向剖面为双楔形,并由橡胶、尼龙、工程塑料中的任何一种材料制成。 
由于电缆线与电动机主轴的轴向孔内壁之间增加了密封部件,且该密封部件的两端分别与电动机主轴的轴向孔内壁紧密接触,从而可有效阻止水沿 电缆线与电动机轴向孔内壁之间的间隙进入电机内部,起到了防水作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图给出的实施例对本实用新型做出进一步描述: 
电缆线3从电动机主轴1的轴向孔4进入电动机内部与电机绕组相连接,在电动机主轴的轴向孔4内的电缆线3套有密封部件2。该密封部件2的纵向剖面为双楔形,其两端部凸起的外圆表面与电动机主轴的轴向孔内壁紧密接触,并且采用橡胶弹性材料制成,可实现电缆线3与电动机主轴的轴向孔4之间的间隙通过密封部件2的外圆表面与轴孔4内壁的紧密接触,起到密封防水的作用。

1.一种车用电机的防水结构,包括电动机主轴(1)的轴向孔(4)和电缆线(3),所述的电缆线(3)从电动机主轴的轴向孔(4)进入电动机内部与电机绕组相连接,其特征在于电动机主轴的轴向孔(4)内的电缆线(3)套有密封部件(2),所述密封部件(2)的纵向剖面为其两端部凸起、中部凹陷,所述的密封部件(2)的两端部其外圆表面与电动机主轴的轴向孔(4)内壁紧密接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车用电机的防水结构,其特征在于所述密封部件(2)纵向剖面为双楔形,并由橡胶、尼龙、工程塑料中的任何一种材料制成。
