Abstract
The present invention provides an electric actuator 11 having a conversion mechanism. The conversion mechanism is capable of converting rotation motions of a motor into linear motions of a first and a second connection rods 24, 26 protruding from an actuator main body 12. The conversion mechanism is installed with a first and a second coil springs 19, 22 at the outer sides of the first and the second connection rods 24,26. When the rotation motions of the motor transmit to the first and the second coil springs 19, 22, the two coil springs 19, 22 are respectively rotated. The conversion mechanism is further provided with rotation stopping rolls 29 protruding from the first and the second connection rods 24, 26. The rotation stopping rolls 29 are arranged to be in contact with spiral wires 19a, 22a, of the first and the second coil springs 19, 22, and inserted into a guide groove 12a formed inside the actuator main body 12.
