Abstract

一种螺栓传扭装置,由传动轴、传扭法兰、螺钉、挡罩、传扭螺栓、垫圈以及自锁螺母组成。挡罩通过螺钉固定于法兰上,封住传扭螺栓头的端面,来阻止传动轴安装时或传扭螺栓松动后的后退;传扭螺栓头铣成直边,穿过传扭法兰上的螺栓安装孔,与传扭法兰凸台面刚性接触,铣边后的传扭螺栓头尺寸满足C<B<R的要求,从而实现其防转功能,确保整个传扭装置的可靠度。本实用新型提高了变速箱扭矩传递能力的稳定性与可靠性,简单有效。

本实用新型涉及工程机械,尤其涉及工程机械上一种应用于行星式变速箱上的螺栓传扭装置。 
背景技术
目前,工程机械行星式变速箱输出端的螺栓传扭装置为:1、传扭螺栓的防转采用锁片结构,传扭螺栓松动后造成其断裂,需经常更换损坏的传扭螺栓、传动轴和法兰;2、安装传扭螺栓的螺纹孔位于法兰上,锁片结构的防转效果差,更换锁片并需重新锁紧螺栓的频次较高;3、传扭螺栓松动后无止退功能,导致工作过程中传动系产生异响。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种螺栓传扭装置,解决因传扭螺栓自身转动所致的锁紧螺母失效、扭矩传递能力降低的弊端,同时解决因传扭螺栓松动后导致螺栓后退所引起的传扭螺栓断裂、法兰花键磨损、传动轴螺纹孔损坏等一系列故障。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:由传动轴、传扭法兰、螺钉、挡罩、传扭螺栓、垫圈以及自锁螺母组成,挡罩通过螺钉固定于法兰上,封住传扭螺栓头的端面,来阻止传动轴安装时或传扭螺栓松动后的后退;传扭螺栓头半径为R,传扭螺栓头铣成直边至中心尺寸C,穿过传扭法兰上的螺栓安装孔,传扭螺栓与传扭法兰凸台面的安装尺寸为B。铣边后的传扭螺栓头尺寸满足C<B<R的要求,通过传扭螺栓头与传扭法兰凸台面的刚性接触,从而实现其防转功能,确保整个传扭装置的可靠度。 
本实用新型通过对传扭螺栓增加止退防转功能,彻底解决了因传扭螺栓自身转动或松动后退所导致的一系列故障,提高了变速箱扭矩传递能力的稳定性与可靠性,简单有效。

具体实施方式
实施例:由自锁螺母1、垫圈2、传动轴3、传扭法兰4、挡罩6以及传扭螺栓7组成。首先将传扭螺栓7的螺栓头铣后的直边靠近传扭法兰4的凸台面,传扭螺栓7穿过传扭法兰4上的螺栓安装孔,随后将挡罩6用螺钉5紧固于传扭法兰4上使螺栓不能后退,其次将传扭法兰4插入变速箱输出轴的啮合花键上,最后用自锁螺母1和垫圈2将传动轴3紧固于传扭法兰4上。 
当变速箱处于前进或后退工作档时,发动机功率传递至变速箱输出轴,然后通过花键配合传扭至传扭法兰4,最后通过传扭螺栓7、自锁螺母1等连接组件将工作扭矩传递至传动轴3;当变速箱处于非工作档时,传扭螺栓7停止传扭。本实用新型提高了变速箱扭矩传递能力的稳定性与可靠性,简单有效。

1.一种螺栓传扭装置,由传动轴、传扭法兰、螺钉、挡罩、传扭螺栓、垫圈以及自锁螺母组成,其特征是:挡罩通过螺钉固定于法兰上,传扭螺栓头半径为R,传扭螺栓头铣成直边至中心尺寸C,穿过传扭法兰上的螺栓安装孔,传扭螺栓与传扭法兰凸台面的安装尺寸为B,铣边后的传扭螺栓头尺寸满足C<B<R的要求。
