立式全自动装盒机是将瓶装药品、化妆品、食品等从立式放置的纸盒上开口装入纸盒的一种自动包装设备。目前立式全自动装盒机的基本构造为:中间为回转机构,回转机构是椭圆形的输送传送带结构,用于纸盒自动包装过程的纸盒输送,然后在椭圆形传送带的周边设置盒仓机构、送料机构、折纸送纸机构、插舌机构和成品输送机构,椭圆形传送带和各机构协同工作共同完成包装瓶的自动装盒,由于椭圆形的输送传送带的结构复杂,占地空间大,所以就造成设备的结构复杂,占地空间大,还有就是设备价格高。

鉴于目前公知技术存在的问题,本实用新型要解决的技术问题是在于提供一种结构简单紧凑、提升设备档次的立式全自动装盒机回转机构。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是采取如下技术方案来完成的:
立式全自动装盒机回转机构,其特征在于:所述立式全自动装盒机回转机构是一个转盘机构,转盘机构包括一个在转盘平台上水平设置的可转动的转盘,转盘与分度凸轮箱传动连接,分度凸轮箱与装盒机的主传动机构连接。所述转盘的外缘设有八个凸台,八个凸台在转盘的圆周外缘上均布,八个凸台的外伸端形成转盘的八个工作工位,每个工作工位安装存放纸盒的盒框。
本实用新型的有益效果是:采用转盘机构来代替现有设备的椭圆形输送传送带结构,这样结构简单紧凑,占地空间小,所以整机简单紧凑,占地空间小,提升了设备的档次。
