    本实用新型属于加油工具技术领域，涉及一种自动稀油加油装置。
背景技术
在日常的生产过程中，常常需要对设备进行润滑作业，而在日常润滑工作中，经常会遇到给一些小注油孔设备加注稀油，人们常利用漏斗、加油桶等进行加油。然而许多设备的注油口位置要么设置在一侧，要么其周围空间狭小，这些小注油孔口径小，当注油量大时，加注油时费时又费力，且注油量不易控制。
发明内容
发明人在日常的工作过程中，发现现有的小注油孔设备在加注稀油时存在着上述的缺陷，经过不断设计改进，本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够方便对小注油孔设备加注稀油的自动稀油加油装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采取的技术方案是该自动稀油加油装置的结构包括带盖的密闭容器，密闭容器与其盖通过螺栓连接，在密闭容器的盖上设注油口、带阀门的进出气口及出油管。
为了能够观测到密闭容器内的压力，在密闭容器的盖上设压力表。
本实用新型采用上述技术方案，在密闭容器盖上设注油口、进出气口及出油管，压缩空气通过进出气管进入容器内，通过对容器内压力的控制，可使容器内的油经过出油管流出，再经过与设备注油孔适配的软管注入设备的油孔内，从而方便容易地对小注油孔设备加注稀油，具有省时省力的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型自动稀油加油装置的结构作具体说明。
参见图1，图2，图3，本实用新型自动稀油加油装置的结构包括密闭容器1，密闭容器1的盖8，密闭容器1与其盖8通过螺栓7连接，在密闭容器1的盖8上设注油口2、带阀门5的进出气口4及出油管6，为了能够观测到密闭容器1内的压力，在密闭容器1的盖8上设压力表3。
本实用新型自动稀油加油装置在对小注油孔设备加注稀油时，把待加稀油从注油口按使用量注入密封容器内，将进出气口接通压缩空气（0.4MPa左右），出油管口用与设备注油孔相适配的软管连接，缓缓打开进出气口的阀门，注意观察压力表显示的压力，当密闭容器内压力达到一定时，密闭容器内的稀油通过出油管对设备进行稀油加注。本实用新型密闭容器的盖可打开以方便对密闭容器进行清洗。
本实用新型经过试制试用后，能够很方便地对小注油孔设备加注稀油，解决了人们常利用漏斗、加油桶对小注油孔设备加注稀油时费时又费力，且注油量不易控制的难题。

1.一种自动稀油加油装置，包括带盖的密闭容器，密闭容器与其盖通过螺栓连接，其特征是在密闭容器的盖上设注油口、带阀门的进出气口及出油管。
2.如权利要求1的自动稀油加油装置，其特征是在密闭容器的盖上设压力表。
