背景技术
目前,各种车辆用的轮胎大多是充气式轮胎,已有较长的历史,经过不断改进而日趋完美,但也存在着一些不足:易破、易爆、漏气等,给使用者带来了麻烦,甚至危及到交通安全。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种越野用、军用轮胎,无充气,局部破坏仍可使用。 
本实用新型的技术方案:一种钢板弹簧轮胎,由钢板弹簧、铰链、橡胶构成,钢板弹簧有多块弹簧片组成,两端有铰链结构,多个钢板弹簧通过铰链连接在一起,钢板弹簧的外侧填充橡胶,形成轮胎。所述的橡胶充满整个车胎,无需充气。当车辆行驶在路面时,钢板弹簧通过伸缩承受车辆与路面的的挤压,而且在高低不平的路面行驶时,钢板弹簧的伸缩可以减少车辆的震动,使车辆平稳行驶。 
本实用新型的优点:可以减少车辆的震动,局部破坏仍然可以使用;因为无充气,不存在爆胎的问题,工作可靠性好。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种钢板弹簧轮胎,有铰链1、橡胶2和钢板弹簧3组成,钢板弹簧3由多片弹簧片4组装而成,两端装有铰链1结构,多个钢板弹簧3通过铰链相互连接,钢板弹簧3的外侧填充橡胶2,形成轮胎。钢板弹簧3的弹性伸缩可以较少行驶中的震动,而且局部损坏的轮胎还能继续使用。这相对于充气式轮胎来说,车胎的安全性能有极大的提高。

1.一种钢板弹簧轮胎,由钢板弹簧、铰链、橡胶构成,其特征是:钢板弹簧有多块弹簧片组成,两端有铰链结构,多个钢板弹簧通过铰链连接在一起,填充橡胶形成轮胎。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢板弹簧轮胎,其特征是:所述的橡胶充满整个车胎,无需充气。
