本实用新型提供的塑胶模具斜顶防粘胶装置，它包括斜顶、斜顶顶杆，它还包括斜顶镶件Ⅰ、斜顶镶件Ⅱ、斜顶镶件Ⅲ、弹簧、所述斜顶镶件Ⅲ固定设置在斜顶内，所述斜顶镶件Ⅱ为横卧的“十”字形结构，所述弹簧、斜顶镶件Ⅰ依次套装在斜顶镶件Ⅱ的横杆上，所述斜顶镶件Ⅱ与斜顶镶件Ⅲ之间滑动连接。

参照图1，本实施例的塑胶模具斜顶防粘胶装置，它包括斜顶、斜顶顶杆，它还包括斜顶镶件Ⅰ2、斜顶镶件Ⅱ3、斜顶镶件Ⅲ5、弹簧4，所述斜顶镶件Ⅲ5固定设置在斜顶6内，所述斜顶镶件Ⅱ3为横卧的“十”字形结构，所述斜顶镶件Ⅰ2与弹簧4依次套装在斜顶镶件Ⅱ3的横杆上，所述斜顶镶件Ⅱ3与斜顶镶件Ⅲ5之间滑动连接。
本实施例的塑胶模具斜顶防粘胶装置，其工作原理：斜顶顶杆7推动斜顶6自下向上运动，由于镶件Ⅱ3受后侧垂直面的支撑，斜顶向后运动时，镶件Ⅲ5不动，镶件Ⅰ2随斜顶6向后运动，脱离注塑后的产品。斜顶6继续向后向上运动，当镶件Ⅱ3运动从垂直面到斜度面时，随斜顶一起使钢料脱离产品，完成顶出过程。弹簧4起到防回位作用，从而有效的防止脱模时产品粘钢料的现象。

1.一种塑胶模具斜顶防粘胶装置，它包括斜顶、斜顶顶杆，其特征在于：它还包括斜顶镶件Ⅰ、斜顶镶件Ⅱ、斜顶镶件Ⅲ、弹簧、所述斜顶镶件Ⅲ固定设置在斜顶内，所述斜顶镶件Ⅱ为横卧的“十”字形结构，所述弹簧、斜顶镶件Ⅰ依次套装在斜顶镶件Ⅱ的横杆上，所述斜顶镶件Ⅱ与斜顶镶件Ⅲ之间滑动连接。
